Kosuke ramen

This place was absolutely amazing. My fiance and I are huge fans of CoCo Ichinabya and were looking for a good local curry spot to save us the trip. Kosuke Ramen did not disappoint in filling that void! We stopped by at around lunch time and we ordered a chicken cutlet and pork cutlet set with a side of takoyaki. Everything was fresh and delicious. Even the salad was delicious. The atmosphere was cool and low-key with soft music playing. The facilities were unassuming. The service was fast and friendly and the food was so good. We will definitely be returning to try their ramen and other offerings. The honey tea was amazing too. Great job Kosuke ramen!

This was my first time at Kosuke Ramen and it was very good. I got the Tokotsu ramen. The pork was very tender and the flavor of the broth was really good. You can't beat the texture of fresh noodles vs. dry. Our server was very nice and polite, he even bagged up my leftovers for me. I didn't offer it, but I saw a lot of other people order the popcorn chicken. I might get that next time. It must be good.

Absolutely amazing experience. Comfortable. Clean. Friendly. Great service. Can't say enough good things about this place. The food was so good. Felt like a hug on the inside when I had the ramen. Table for 3, we each tried something different and shared a taste with one another. 10/10 would recommend. I'm definitely trying this place again when I'm in the area (I'm 4 hours away from this establishment).

This is a very relaxed and peaceful environment. The food was amazing; it was not over seasoned or overwhelming, and when full I did not have that nasty feeling in my gut. The server was calm and easy to work with, the food came fast and looked amazing upon presentation. The only thing I saw/heard was the main entrance door needs WD40 Badly!

Delicious food! The spicy miso ramen was delicious! The popcorn chicken is a winner. Great environment, especially with little kids. Great customer service. So friendly and welcoming plus delicious food is a win. I would say the best ramen in the IE.

We were in town having a family ice skating outing. My son was craving sushi and ramen. The food here was delicious, my son was very satisfied and happy. The staff here was very welcoming and friendly. The spicy popcorn chicken ramen was unique, highly recommended.

Really good ramen. The medium and hot spice broth was very flavorful. Noodles were snappy with good flavor. I had popcorn chicken and my wife had the spicy pork. Both proteins had great flavor and well cooked.

10/10 Experience, very clean environment, fresh food. Best for rainy days, will definitely come back!

Best Popcorn Chicken Ramen Ever!!! I get Mild and sometimes Medium but Medium spice has a pretty good kick to it so if you are spice sensitive go with no spice or mild. Popcorn chicken comes on the side so it doesn't get soggy, GENIUS! The restaurant dining decor is pretty basic but who cares! It's all about the flavor anyway and they hit the bullseye.The original restaurant is in Alhambra and I am beyond happy to have one in Ontario. You have to try it!

First time visiting this location. Came straight from the airport after a long day of traveling. The gentlemen who assisted us were so kind. The food was delicious.

First time trying this place and wow did not disappoint, great place and alot of food for your buck. And the staff very courteous and welcoming.

First time eating here tonight and definitely will not be the last!! We had the house special udon, spicy tonkotsu ramen, popcorn chicken, chicken cutlet plate with a side croquet. Broth was super flavorful noodles were cooked perfectly. Chicken dishes were great also you can eat it plain with no sauce. Kids loved it. Service was great very friendly staff.

Very yummy ramen place. Seems low key for now since they just opened. Service was fast and pleasant. Canned/bottled drinks, great calamari. Chopsticks are disposable. I’m sure their future will be very bright. They even offer some sushi

Summary: this rating is predominantly based on the kuro ramen with chashu. I would only recommend ramen at this time but am curious to see them improve on other items.

Long version: This is a new place and I came during the soft opening with my sister. We ordered a ramen bowl each, as well as croquettes and popcorn chicken as an appetizer. Starting with the appetizer, it tasted fresh and came hot but after the ramen came in. Moreover, while it tasted fresh, I felt it lacked a bit of flavor... Perhaps some spices. Otherwise I think the amount you receive and the freshness would make this an excellent appetizer. It simply needs a bit more flavor. Having said that, when dipped in broth it is pretty flavorful. Moving onto the croquettes, they tasted fine although seemed a bit generic. Not bad if you like potatoes but they also tasted much better when dipped in broth.

Now for the main courses: the ramen! I got the kuro ramen and my sister got the miso ramen. I tried the broth from her ramen and it was a bit too strong for my palette... Perhaps it was red miso? I personally prefer white miso and this did not taste like white miso... But she seemed to enjoy it, so that's just an unverified observation on my end.

HOWEVER! As far as the kuro ramen goes... It was DELICIOUS. The noodles were soft, as was the chashu. The vegetables were bountiful and tasted good. And most importantly, the broth was just amazing. I'm not sure what kind of magic they do with black sesame oil but the rating on this review is purely based on how much I loved this ramen. I would come here again just for the ramen (and indeed, until they manage to work on a few of their other items, I would only get the ramen...). I'm actually very interested in trying their other ramen options, like the tonkotsu and spicy ramen.

As a small addition, I also did have a milk tea to try it out and thought it tasted quite good. But the ramen is the star here for sure. Come here if you want good ramen in a location close to a mall and theater in the Inland Empire.

Was not expecting such amazing ramen out here in this location.The tonkotsu ramen here at kosuke ramen was one of the best bowls I’ve had! It comes with a generous amount of topping,nice spice level,and really tasty noodles.

Ohhh... satisfying goodness in a bowl. Generous portions. Tofu kaage (is that right) delishhhh...
You can request additional noodles to soup to share the dish - this way I don't get stuffed way too much...
Now, I don't have to drive 60 miles to Los Angeles for a ramen fix

Can’t tell you how excited we were to see kosuke in the IE ! This place is just as good as the Alhambra location. Same recipe , same menu . Also, they’re open Sunday’s ! We always get the medium spicy popcorn chicken ramen . It never disappoints

The food is awesome! I usually get spicy Tonkatsu Ramen + Karage Chicken and it has never disappointed! Would eat again ♡

I’ve been coming here since they opened, their food is so dang good! Everything feels home cooked and fresh. Great customer service every time too!

Delicious ramen! Amazing Gyozo too! This ramen reminded me of my trip to Tokyo and the service was top notch!
