Educational Enrichment Systems

I had an amazing experience with my child's preschool enrollment! Isabel was extremely kind, patient and very helpful! She was able to answer any questions I had. My child's teachers at Mission Meadows are the best! Ms. Melissa is always smiling and very active with the kids! Ms. Yvonne always makes the kids feel very comfortable! Mrs. Michelle is very knowledgeable! Together they make for a great team! My son really enjoys going to school here!

I have taken 3 on my 4 kids here and plan on taking the 4th as soon as he is old enough. Everyone is so nice and great with the kids. I have never had any problems here. My kids have came out so prepared for kindergarten and I have gotten so many compliments about how prepared they are. They also teach the kids to be independent and they love it! They have them serve their own food and pour their own drinks they teach them to share. Honestly I dont know where I would be without this school. Because of them I was able to finish my schooling and get a good job. In regards to the enrollment process it is an extensive process and can take alot of time and energy but that's how any school is. Alma goes above and beyond to make sure that you understand everything fully and that everything is done the right way so you dont have to keep coming back.
I highly recommend this school
Only cons: Not enough parking and no designated drop off spot so it can be a bit hectic in the morning. A cross walk or slow zone would be great. Also they do not have an infant program only 3 and up. It would be so helpful to have an infant program :)

I had a great experience with Isabel! She was very nice, helped me step by step with all the registration forms.... she made the process so easy!

Had a appointment at 1pm and lady forgot. She was in downtown san diego like really lady its your job to remember. Way to start off the new year.

Went in to pick up a registration form for my daughter had my 3yr old and 9 month old
With me and the lady at the front said to sign in so i sign in and stood there had no clue why i sign in.. then the lady says to me oh go ahead and waith outside
So i thought to my self why woukd i wait outside i just need registration forms
But then i thought ok this office is small not too many people fit in here so went outside
And waited for over 30 minutes for someone to come and hand me the registrations forms but guess what!!! No one was comming
My 9month old was getting very inpatient and so was i, luckily my daughter was pkaying with this other kids
So i decide it to go back inside and waited very patiently till the lady was off the phone other staff will go in and out but never bother to ask if i have been help or something
Finally ask the lady
How long do i need to wait or what am i waiting for or who ?? Because all i need is a registration form
Lady goes oh sorry i got caught up on phone call but let ne give them to you... 😡i was mad beacause i waited that long for her to help me, but i contained myself and wasnt rude to her i let her give me the forms and give me some i formation but i still tought to myself why didn't she do that when i first arrive, she wasnt on the phone at that time so why didnt she do it... bottom line is
This staff have pooooor customer service
I did schedule and appt to go back and return my forms hoepfully ill have better luck but just incase wont be taking my kids with me because it might take even longer for them to see me
And people if you go there and they have you wait for 5minutes go and ask dont be considerate or nice like me that i waited for so long for something so simple.
