There was good and bad. Travel agent failed to mention that the train schedule to Fuji would be very limited on sundays so we missed the first of two trains. The second train wasn’t until very late so we decided to not go to our ryokan we booked. It was only a one night excursion and id expect a travel agency to let you know in advance it’s a bad idea. that ended up wasting a large part of our budget. She doesn’t work there anymore. The other travel agent I worked with was helpful. But I’m going to go to travel agents for necessary things like train passes and pocket WiFi’s. Accommodations I’ll book myself for now on.
