I had a follow up meeting with Stacey McKenzie to discuss Medicare supplement insurance selections. I arrived and Stacey and Stacey politely informed of her next appointment time so that I knew how much time we had. She did an excellent job of using the time available effectively to complete the selections, and never got impatient with me. I appreciate her effectiveness and courtesy.

I am turning 65 and I needed some advice as to whether or not to sign up fully with Medicare or to stay on our private insurance plan through our private employer? Excellent insurance review! Having been an insurance agent for 26 years I could recognize immediately that Stacy knew and understood the contracts front to back. Brandy at Cornerstone is fabulous to help you navigate your Medicare plans! Remember to book her by early November. She has a fabulous website explaining some key points to consider, can talk you through Advantage Plans vs. Prescription Plans vs. Medigap and the pros and cons, and can enter medications to see which plans will benefit you the most. This was such a time saver for me as I helped switch my parents from their Part D with skyrocketing monthly fees. In the end, we saved almost $50/month per person, and I was shocked to learn their Rx co-pay costs for their new plan were less than the more expensive one they had been on (from the same company!). She recommended a safer method to pay plan fees over social security deductions since those errors are nearly impossible to catch. She also shared some of the crazy things you don't know about, like the long-term penalties if you decide to go off a plan D and then decide to re-roll later. I highly recommend her!
