Simply put, we could not be happier that we chose Melissa Epenesa as our realtor! She is the perfect realtor in every sense of the word. To start with, our house sold greatly above the listed price and despite of all the dings and kinks Melissa managed to close the sale in just 12 days! Again, 12 days, that included repairs after buyer’s inspection and minor repairs after appraisal and negotiations. At the end, on the most important part of the deal “The Negotiation” she managed to bring both parties into a solid agreement in less than 24 hours. For a while, I had thoughts of buying and over the years I have watched many of my friends get their realtor license but for some reason, I pulled to Melissa. Her energy is refreshing, enthusiastic and she wastes NO time.
