Villa Monserate Park

Just a nice neighborhood park. It has newer climbing apparatuses, two different playground areas, great views, walking trails, lots of grass for soccer and other games.

Cute and modern neighborhood park in a residential area into santa. There are no restrooms so be prepared. The playground is up to date and is covered so there's shade for the kids to play. Very clean Park and safe

Nice playground with AM shade. Recently renovated, most of the photos of the playground are out of date. Some woods around the edges provides a place to explore with all-day shade. Busy, but no road noise despite being close to the freeway.

The park is beautiful! Grass is great and green! The new playground has a slide, swings, climbing equipment and a soft spongy surface to protect the kids when falling. The playground has sections for children three and five and older. There are lots of trees so it's cooler when it's hot. There's a sidewalk of concrete around and between the two playgrounds that makes a nice walking path for exercising. You can enter the the park from Robusto Drive or from Perez Court.

Great park with multiple slides, a little rock climbing, swings, and covered picnic tables with large grass area!

Very fun! Great, imaginative, and clean playground! Downside, no bathrooms! Beautiful sunset tho!

This was my favorite spot for photoshoots! Will miss this lighting gem. Even though there is a clear as day sign, people take their dogs off leash and let them do their 💩business wherever, so watch out. 🙄

Definition of suburban park. The people there no hate kinda like suburban Conformist NPCs but that’s not bad. Being in the suburbs it’s very safe I was able to leave me things on the grass for a long time no one takes your stuff and not sketchy. But that’s probably just because it’s in the suburbs, I’m not gonna lie. Great place if you want a safe play for your kids to play or to hang out at.

Quite nice clean park. We enjoyed with my family a lot.

We go to this park at least 2-3 times a week. Great for our 3 year old just wish they had a restroom so we could host birthday parties here.

Good for walking pets...it’s a closed loop walkway around the playground. Doggydoo bags & trash receptacles available.

You have no reason to go here unless you live close by. But it’s a nice little park.

Quiet and peaceful with a cool breeze. They recently updated the playground equipment and it is AWESOME for ages 2 - 10.

A very nice and fairly secluded park in Tierrasanta. Grass all over some rolling hills and 2 separate play ground areas. That soft rubber padding is used all around the playground with some pretty updated play equipment on the grounds. Great place!

Beautiful little park. Play equipment was fun and well maintained. Only drawback is the noise from aircraft from Miramar going by. And not a lot of parking available.

Great park with plenty of space to run around and loads of structures to play on.

Great park. Been going here for many years. Recently they built a new playground that is upgraded. I dont have kids but looks cool.

Very calm & relaxing atmosphere. Kind neighborhood. 6 kid swings, 2 regular along with 3 different types of slides & even a little musical wall for playing notes.

Awesome spot for a play date/time with your kids. We've only been once, but it seems pretty safe. Decent looking neighborhoods, right next to an elementary school.

Nice playground with fun themes. No restrooms. No parking lot but plenty of street parking.
