Circle K

I have visited this Circle K nearly daily for the past 3 years. I stop at this specific Circle K because of the people that work there, especially Mindy and Nicole. Its like visiting with family. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I have observed they know many of the customers by first name and often know specifically what they want.

During the early part of November, the store was inundated with a large number of customers seeking drawing tickets to the large Powerball prize. This was a formidable task. They were extraordinary good at servicing these customers and continuing to service regular business customers. Most customers understood this challenge and appreciated the efforts made by the Circle K employees!

I highly recommend this Circle K location.

What can I say about this conveyance. Well cared for store and gas station. The service here is well above the rest. They maintain a level of professional and personable service. they greet you by name. when you come In. and always thank you when your leaving they actively work to remember products that you purchase. Even at the busy times of the day each person is treated in a caring and real way, that is noticeably consistent and very appreated by all customers new and returning. I don t think that type of service is common and this circle k mobile is worth the visit. And the new coffee Is great. Thanks again,

Before relocating from Tierrasanta to Ramona. I was here daily, I got to know the employees really well. They are awesome here, very friendly, smile on their face and when my vape battery broke and I thought it was the cartridges i just purchased, they had no hesitation in making sure i was happy. This Circle K truly values their customers. I try to stop by here when i'm in the area and i will drive 3-4 miles out of my way to come here. Don't have anything negative to say about them.

Mindy was working the early morning shift today and she was a life saver. My man and i almost ran out of gas. I came in the store with a little over a dollar in change and she helped us out. Thanks Mindy for being humble and helping us get home. We will pay it forward thanks again.

These folks that run this service corner are great. They always make you feel like am coming home with their warm welcome they remembered my name ! and very nice to see a very well discipline team they have a style Great job circle K

Since their cashier was brilliant and sweet, I just love shopping in this convenience store. In this location, they do have proper maintenance. The stocks were very orderly. It was not overpriced for the price. I will be back again.

Nice place. No alcohol due to lease agreement. Always friendly.

Last time I checked no sip and save. Friendly staff though!

At 1:48 PM on November 5, 2022 a young woman with dirty blond hair was denying multiple people service to turn in or to purchase Californian Lottery Tickets for no apparent reason. She was on her phone the majority of the time lacking proper customer service, I will discontinue going to Circle K if the customer service continues to be this disrespectful. I will definitely suggest training because this is just embarrassing for your franchise.

I stopped in for the first time early yesterday morning to grab a cup of coffee. I had one twenty dollar bill in my pocket. The lady at the register told me I owed her $1.87...I handed her the 20. She handed me back 3 bills and 13 cents. No receipt (should have asked for that). I folded the bills and stuffed them in my pocket and started to driving to work. It occurred to me to take the money out of my pocket and make sure it was correct. No. She gave me 3 one dollar bills! I flipped my car around and went back. I told her I gave her a 20...she said I gave her a 10. If I hadn't been steaming and feeling ripped off, it would have occurred to me that even if I had paid with the 10...the change was still wrong! She insisted on counting her drawer..which of course came out perfect. Yeah...nothing I could think to do at that moment. The most expensive coffee I've ever had. I asked for the name and number of her manager and she stated, "I am the manager!"OK. I can live without that money and she will have to live with her dishonesty. I willl never ever go back to that business and will tell everyone I know and associate with to do the same. Call me stupid. I will do it differently going foward, too. Count my change, do the math, etc. Live and learn.

Earlier today my 72 year old dad went to buy some lottery tickets using the previous ones he had won from, the cashier refused to sell him a third ticket which he was going to pay with cash & the cashier followed him outside going off on my dad. Very unprofessional. Will not be going to that location again!

The cashier is very rude. When me and my friend we buying food she told us to hurry up and that we were to slow and after we left we could see her mouthing to herself talking bad about us.

No restrooms even for paying customers.
