I've seen a lot of complaints about this place being racists or unprofessional and being white and coming here I was a bit on edge to expect. However, my anxiety quickly faded during my exam with how many questions were asked and how thorough the exam was. Never have I had such a in depth exam coming back again tomorrow for blood work. Definitely expecting a different outcome with the reviews. Glad I was proven wrong.

We have membership here, and it's been almost 5 years. They treat us like a family and can make fast appointments. They have really good health check-up systems. I'm not afraid to go there and they are cheaper than most hospitals.

The staff is very professional. Dr Rim is a very good neurologist. He answers any questions about his procedures.

Staff is very helpful and nice. Dr. Choon Rim (Neorologist) was kind, he listened, is was very knowledgeable and practical.

모든 간호사님들도 너무 친절하셨고요.

장기여행자보험으로 이 병원에 가서 감기로 진료받으면 주사를 맞습니다. 한국에서도 단순감기로는 이제는 주사를 놓지 않습니다. 여행자보험청구 업무를 하는 사람은 매우 불친절해서 80년대 한국공무원을 연상시킵니다.

Either this isn't an organized medical group or they just prefer not to treat other ethnicities. I was assigned this facility from Tricare. From the time I walked through the door they decided they didn't want to treat me. Even the RN who never said a word to me behaved in the same manner. After 40 min of answering why I chose them as a clinic, I finally said, I would just reschedule the appt for a later date. They all were excited and hurried me out of the door. As a RN myself, I would NEVER put a patient in an uncomfortable situation like that.

Even tho Physician was very professional they sent medical bill through mail after 4 months from my visitation and charge me nonsense amount of money, even tho I had a insurance at that time but they charge more than visitation without insurance that I have to pay same amount as visitation without insurance(went there with same symptom and do exact same examination)
I always pay nothing but medication when I use my insurance plan at other offices.
I ll never go this place again.

Such a horrible wait time for every visit even with appointment. More than an hour almost every time. Billing is so terrible. Very late and too much charging . Will never visit this clinic for anything

영주권 메디칼 받은게 문제가 생겨서 우리 병원에 연락을 했습니다. 전화 받은 파트 타이머 직원분은 담당자가 없다며 내일 다시 연락을 준다고 합니다. 화요일 오후 2시에 연락을 했는데 담당자가 없다는게 우선 이해가 안되네요. 예약이라도 미리 잡아 달라고 해도 담당자랑 애기 하라는 말만 반복이네요. 믿고 한국 병원에가서 큰 돈 들여서 메디칼 검사한건데 좀 실망입니다. 이런문제 생길때 도움 받으려고 한국병원에서 진행한건데, 이럴꺼면 다른데 저렴한 미국병원가서 진행했죠.
