Deborah Fletcher DMD

I was initially grumpy about being forced to change offices and be a new patient of Dr. Fletcher (due to insurance and a dentist that left their order practice). My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised with great care at our first cleaning. They are kind, thorough, professional and even offered ideas for future care that didn’t entail out-of-pocket.
It is evident Dr. Fletcher is invested in the practice and patients. Staff were also stellar.

I am so so happy I found this clinic! They were thorough and patient with questions and I feel like I got awesome care here. Glad to have finally found a new dentist after years of hopping around based on insurance!

I haven’t had the best experiences with dentists in the past but Dr. Fletcher and her team have been great! They really care about the patients. Can’t recommend enough.

Dr. Fletcher is the most caring, talented dentist out here! Her care for her patients, experience, knowledge and technical skills are the tops! She and her staff take such good care of my family and I. I am so thankful for all she and her staff has done for us!

I was recommended Dr Fletcher when my dentist retired and I am really happy with her so far. She is very gentle, informative and thorough, and her office staff has gone to great lengths to accommodate my scheduling issues because of my braces. So far they have been great! I want to say I’ve been with them for approximately a year now.

Extremely patient and kind! I saw someone else's review of her peddling unnecessary services and wasting time. She was direct, honest and compassionate as she treated me. I'm almost convinced they met someone else because their description was so far off from my experience. I have been shamed and embarrassed by other dentists I have seen. I was so relieved with my experience with Dr. Fletcher and her amazing staff. I will be recommending her to anyone I know looking for a new dentist.

I went in for a broken tooth and Dr. Fletcher made time in her schedule to remove the tooth the same day. I felt very well cared for by her and her whole staff.

Great place for your dental needs. Staff is polite, friendly and helpful. Dr. Fletcher is professional and personable.
Also great place for Invisalign if you need it.

Despite having positive experiences with Dr. Fletcher during the previous dental visits I've had, on my latest attempt to ask that the office staff wear high-quality masks, open a window, and have a HEPA filter running during my appointment to mitigate the risk of contracting COVID-19 - all accommodations that the office was happy to provide in August 2023 - I was dismissed and gaslit by office staff and told that "covid is in the past" (it's not!) and that my appointment would need to be postponed until the doctor could speak with me directly.

If you are Covid-conscious or simply don't like being gaslit by admin staff, avoid Dr. Fletcher's office like the plague :)

Receptionist was completely USELESS and RUDE after she cancelled my appointment 20 minutes before the set time for my appointment, after I left work early for it, drove 30 minutes to get to their location. Not even an apology. Had this been the other way around and I had cancelled on them with that short notice, I would still have to pay for the visit. Very unprofessional.

I will not recommend this place to anyone,i gave them one star because it's not allowing me to give zero so take the one....
