I love this place is like going to Disney land for grownups they have super low prices and really good deal every week im going there tomorrow to get a car stereo for my car and probably some speakers also you have tocome and check out the deals yourselves they also have a food court with some bomb ass sandwiches.

Saw a TV on sale on line with a promo code it was a lot cheaper ( sign up for promo codes to come to your email) we're out of stock, so I got a rain check and the customer service guy said they would be in ,in a week or two but he would put a rush on it for us. We got a great price on a good to. Will definitely take my business back to Fry's. Great prices and customer service.

Wonderful service, prices are lower than anywhere else with promo codes that they sent you via email when you sign up for free online. I order online and pick up in 15 minutes. Returning is very easy. People at the counter are kind and friendly. Highly recommended. Best place for electronics in San Diego.

Hadn't been to Fry's in years, but needed a television. Pleasant experience from the moment I walked in the door. Was greeted by several employees as I walked through the store, but not bothered by them. Loved the way the televisions were displayed -- such a selection and divided by brand. Displayed on the wall as well as set up so you could see what the television would look like on a cabinet which is what I was seeking. Looked around and not bothered by sales people, but ready to ask questions when I encountered one and he was eager to help. He answered my questions. I told him exactly what I wanted, he told me there were 3 choices, showed them to me and let me make the decision. He was VERY helpful as the television I ultimately decided on was on sale for the same exact price as the GOOD set -- I chose the BETTER set -- both the same size. It was marked at its regular price and I would never have known except for this sales guy. He rang me up, asked about extended service, but did not push it. On the way to checkout was pleasantly greeted by several other employees in the store. After checkout the television was waiting for me at the exit and the checker asked if I needed help and came out to load my purchase. He had a suggestion on how to carry it in the back of my vehicle and it was a better way to carry it than what I had intended. All in all, I would return. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE in my book.

Very good experience. While in store, I identified a portable 13.3 inch TV and DVD combo unit that was car compatible. The shelf price indicated 25 $ off if I ordered online with a Promo code, etc. I went online and ordered and paid and got the promo deal, and then picked the box off the shelf myself, and with the help of a very friendly sales person, confirmed all was good and checked out OK at the front desk. Great experience all-around and would highly recommend Fry's at this location in San Diego.

Hadn't been here in a few years. Decided to grab some testing equipment for work and what was intended to be a quick in and out trip, turned out to be at least an hour long awe-fest. Many great changes done to the layout an appearance. Great deals on cologne can be found, random but pretty cool. Two thumbs up for great service, inventory, and presentation..

I'm sad to report that this venerable Fry's is circling the drain in a slow death spiral as large South America online retailers *cough* Amzn *cough* take business away.
Mind you- service was excellent... the staff was amazingly friendly. Customer service was great, but maybe it was because I was the only customer in a ginourmous store.
The thing that I noticed was that there was a noticable lack of stock on the shelves in the store. I used to go in and I could hardly walk some isles because of all the stuff jammed in carts blocking the way.
Not today.
When I asked about the lack of stock, they quickly explained it as "we haven't gotten a shipment in a while". This is 6 days before Thanksgiving / Black Friday.
So yeah, I don't think this store will be open long, and for that I am really truly sad.
I also feel sad for the Social Media Manager that will be forced to write a reply to this review - please don't bother, you'll only make it worse.

I was in and out. It was pretty easy to find what I needed. They have many different price points for different items so you are sure to be able to find something in your budget. When i had a question, i was able to find a worker easily, they were knowledgeable to the layout of the store and promptly assisted me.

Love this place. It's my geek paradise. The promo code deals are what keep bringing me back here. Its like Christmas everyday! If you placed your order online, you can be in and out to here in less than 5 minutes. Otherwise you'll find yourself walking around for a while looking for what you're buying and wanting other thing that you see along the way.

Great place, to get Your Camera and accessories. And or whatever You may need, all can quite so be purchased here. The associates are Friendly, and well trained. With the products the have. No complaints here. This placed comes highly recommended by My co-worker. And now by Me . Thank You Frys

Nice, clean, well organized store with plenty of inventory. We were able to find what we wanted/needed without trouble. The staff was courteous and helpful and we were out the door with everything in half an hour. I personally wouldn't ask for anything else.

The ultimate tech / electronic stores, stuffed full of everything you might want. I am glad Best Buys are out there, but this place could fit 2 Best Buys inside its walls! The staff is often pretty tech savvy and can get almost anything done here (computer service, memory upgrades, etc.). It always has what I need...and a few 1,000 extra items that I just WANT. Long hours. Plenty of parking, too.

I love this place. Sadly, market conditions have changed. I remember 10+ years ago. It was so amazing. Parking lots full... They still have very good deals to this very day. I'd buy a TV from here if I lived in the area. They do price matching too.

I was dreading going here to get a new PC, given the less than stellar reviews.. but I did go and I was blown away by the high level of service! Oscar, who helped me, was like my own personal shopper. In less than 30 minutes I had a new laptop + accessories at a really great price. Fry's have changed their customer service model in the last few months, in response people's concerns. 10/10 for the whole experience.

Great place to find the things that you need. Great selection of electronics. Though it is not a specialty parts store, there are still plenty of parts and other gadgets to help get the job done. And the prices may not be the best, but they do have amazing deals in their catalogs. Not sure if they price match, but if they do, it only makes it so much better.
