CVS

I've been coming here about 2x a month for four or five years now. My family is picking up 10+ prescriptions a month these days. This pharmacy, they're one of the good ones. I'd recommend them.

This pharmacy has been great whenever I needed their help. They're reliable and fast, especially during peak hours. Any time you look behind the counter, everyone's bustling and working, making calls, typing away. I dig the pharmacists and the staff, too, they're cool people. I'm not stoked about CVS as a corporate entity (in fact, I despise them on that level) but this store has been dialed in for the last few years.

Inevitably, there are complications that come up when you're getting prescriptions filled, no matter which pharmacy you go to: your insurance is being insane, the doctor forgot to dot an "i" or cross a "t" somewhere, the computer system crashed, etc.. There's just so much that can potentially go wrong. It can be a pain. You're going to hit a snag some percentage of the time, no matter which pharmacy you go to. That's life.

If you're respectful and realistic, in my experience the folks here will do a lot to figure out why your prescription has a problem, then they'll iron out the issues to get it filled.

If you're not respectful (and I've seen a lot of disrespect, just as a bystander, standing in line), well... they will still help you anyway. But there won't be a lot of good feelings going around when they do it. And who wants that?

Nick, one of the managers, was very helpful in helping me adjust a price on some toothpaste that was listed on their app. I appreciate that because I try to save money any which way I can.
I recommend this CVS because it is clean and they have a good selection of makeup and the aisles and store are well lit. Thank you, Nick!

I don't agree with the negative reviews listed, I've been going here since 2019 and I haven't had a bad experience. Prescriptions are always on time and I have never had an issue. The staff have always been friendly with me. I have three prescriptions that I have filled here and they even ask me if I'd like them to contact my doctor ahead of time when the prescriptions are coming to the end and get the prescription refilled.

Worst pharmacy stores in town, prices way overboard, calls to my phone over and over to pick up one prescription. Went to pay for vitamins and because I wouldn't give her my phone number she wouldn't honor the prices shown on the shelf. Besides, I've never received a dime in discounts for giving them my number and that's been going on for years. ANY. pharmacy any San Diego is better than this chain.

Nothing, it was great. Nashwan aka Nick really helped me out. He knows a thing or two about health, and I really appreciated his feedback and friendly service.

Raymond was wonderful tonight! He was smiling and so kind to clients even though the company only had him and one other associate working. Shame on you CVS but wonderful work Raymond! We will come back just for your service.

Finn is an exceptional employee. We love all our friars cvs employees, but tonite Finn remained focused under pressure. A very rude, and impatient couple behind me, tried to belittle him for taking a product check while I was checking out. He called someone to take the product check call. All the while these people were insulting him. I was out in less than a minute. People need to calm the "F" down!

Archie is awesome, super pleasant and helpful, I've had nothing but good experiences with all the other pharmacy staff too!
