Compass Courses

Compass Courses is the 2nd Maritime school I have attended. Owner, staff, instructors & affiliated training partners all provided welcoming, outgoing, efficient, committed and valued products and services that set a high bar for the basis of standardized knowledge and hands on practicum in the maritime industry I experienced through completion of AB, Lifeboatman/PSC, STCW-BST, and VPDSD courses.

I came here for a Lifeboatman Course, had Matt as the instructor. Great guy, passionate and knowledgeable. He worked very hard to ensure everyone had a strong grasp of the material. I cannot recommend him and the school highly enough.

I attended a few classes here several years ago. I was impressed by the facility and the quality of instruction. I would attend again should the need arise.

Compass Courses is one of the top Maritime Institutes in the world! I have received my Captains License, and STCW maritime training for my USCG license. Excellent maritime school, professional instructors and a great location.

A close friend went here to get his captains license and for his able seaman maritime training and he said it was very professional and the instructors were top rate!

The able seaman course is pretty rough! I am not the best student and they helped me every step of the way. Thanks Compass!
