Dr. Freeze CoolSculpting Center - Solana Beach, CA

To be honest, I was a little nervous at the start of my appointment with Dr. Freeze. I mean, I had never done CoolSculpting before and I had no idea what to expect! Luckily, the treatment turned out to be much easier than expected. It was actually completely painless for me, which was awesome because that was a concern at the beginning. The experience in general was just great: the center was clean, it was nice having a TV and snacks, and the staff were so professional and friendly! I appreciated that kind of attention to detail. Overall, I would rate my experience as very comfortable; Dr. Freeze has completely exceeded my expectations.

My cool sculpting experience with Dr. Freeze was sooo relaxing and easy going! The staff was super welcoming and informative and the office was very clean and comfy. I had my treatment done with Rachel and she did an amazing job explaining everything to me in detail and making sure i was always comfortable because this was my first experience with cool sculpting. The procedure itself, was soo quick and easy and i was so surprised that i was able to go about my normal day to day activities right after without any issues. I got the inner thigh treatment done and i'm soo satisfied with the results, that i'll definitely be coming back to do other body parts! Thanks to Dr. Freeze for such a great first time experience! :))

I first heard about Dr. Freeze after doing a Yelp search. It didn’t take long to realize that Dr. Freeze had the most consistently high reviews with the best pricing. I looked into other places but their reviews made me uneasy. I liked the convenient location of the facility and the overall cleanliness. Also, not only is the staff friendly which is a big plus, but I also really like the fact that they specialize in CoolSculpting compared to other places that do a bit of everything. They explained everything well and because of that I knew what I should expect. So far I’ve done one treatment of flanks and I’ve already noticed results. I also recently started treatment on my lower abdomen as well. I'm excited to come back in for the 2nd rounds to get rid of even more stubborn fat!

I got lipo before, but it didn’t work all the way for me. I still had some undesirable extra fat that I wanted to get rid of, and the gym was just not doing it. I’ve looked into coolsculpting a few times before I moved to Los Angeles, and there was nothing that was just selling me on it. Some other places that I had looked at really weren’t that knowledgeable, but the Dr. Freeze coolsculpting team was so knowledgeable and so helpful throughout the whole process. It also helped that the cost was actually pretty comparable to anywhere else. I did my stomach, the lower abdomen area, with two applicators each time (I got it done twice). The actual treatment is kind of insane. When I first did it, I was kind of really nervous about it because I read that it pulls your skin and freezes it, which made me think it was going to hurt afterwards. At most it was a little uncomfortable and cold, but that subsided pretty quickly. I think it was 35 minutes each section, and I was just in that lovely little room, and I relaxed, ate some snacks, and watched TV. I felt comfortable in the room, and I felt comfortable with the staff. They’re all very outgoing, very knowledgeable, and very welcoming. They make you feel like family which is important to me. When it was over, I went back to my hotel and left for home just fine the next morning. I would say I started noticing a big difference in like 3 to 4 weeks. Everyone else noticed it too, saying how crazy it was, and I actually referred a couple of my girlfriends to Dr. Freeze. Coolsculpting has just changed my total outlook on my own body and my own life. I go to the gym five days a week now, I watch what I eat, and I feel amazing.

I just got the emsculpt done on my glutes. I got to 100 after the first session which I recommend trying to get to. My glutes are more toned and notice a difference with mild exercise. If had even more intense workouts would be even better. I recommend trying before going to surgery or other procedures. Also able to climb stairs and do squats easier then before.

My experience was superb! Rachel was so kind throughout the entire process . I would definitely recommend CoolSculpting to anybody! I had no side effects and I love the way my chin looks now.

the office Is clean and neat. Staff is very friendly and nice. They are very accommodating. Since COVID I’ve had a crazy schedule but Destany managed to squeeze me in as they get booked quickly. I recommend Dr. Freeze.
