I was shopping for an iPad and the staff was very helpful. Darrel Manjarrez, the sales manager, was super nice and helpful explaining everything I need to know about purchasing an iPad as a gift. Parking is a challenge at times, and there is handicapped parking. It is in a large, very busy mall. Printing from an email is very here, but expensive. Two pages were $1.75.

This is my absolute favorite office store. All of the staff is so attentive and friendly. They give you great directions on what item you’re looking for, always smiling, have a full stock of items of whatever you need.

Jessica in Solana Beach is one of the very best Customer Service Tech support people I've ever met. She is highly responsive, incredibly efficient, makes suggestions that you did not think/know to ask, is very personable, and all-around is a joy to work with. I have come in many times and she is one of two of your employees who get the highest kudos from me. She is consistently helpful. In addition, there are few people in her position who can switch gears as quickly to help other customers, and it's even more rate to find someone like her that somehow makes each customer feels as if they are the only customer. Very rare indeed.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Your inventory levels are still not up to par. But your staff is more than helpful.

Love that Staples has help with computer problems. I had a guy come out and totally fix my problem the same day I called! I also love that Staples now has Amazon return and I am able to renew my passport there starting in Sept. love this Staples!!

The staff was friendly, professional, and quick! They made my return a breeze.

The minute I walked in, I was greeted. As I walked around, a very nice lady said Hello and asked if i needed help finding something. She took me to that section and made suggestions. I picked up a few more items and headed to the cashier. Once I paid, the cashier asked if I needed assistance to my car to carry a big box of paper I had purchased. I accepted since I have an injured arm and James took my purchase to my car. He was also very helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with all the staff I encountered. Everyone made me feel really welcomed and appreciated. Thank you!

I was at Staples and Julio, the manager, was the most helpful and knowledgeable individual. He went above and beyond to be of assistance. The service was impeccable. It was the most positive experience.

I had another big project and needed copying help at Staples. This was Dec. 03, 2022 and Xander knew just what to do and Veronica helped me on the phone prior to arriving to confirm they could do what I needed. I have vision for what I want to create and they have expertise and good prices to finish a professional portfolio or Christmas Cards or the simplest project. I’m so pleased with this Staples!!! I had a variety of unique printing issues and the entire staff from first phone contact to several face-to face encounters have been exceptional. I am a Senior and have trouble loading files and photos but George and ALL of the staff have been very professional, and patient. I am so pleased with the printing services at this Solana Beach Staples. Thank you!!

Business use and always really helpful staff. If not in stock they do free delivery over $30 I think...no issues with returns usually. Have used printing services for over 10 years with no issues.

Staples has fair pricing and a wide selection that you can see, feel, and buy on the spot. For those reasons, it still beats Amazon when it comes to buying some office supplies for me. The store location is clean, and the staff are friendly.
