Dr. Gary J. Jacky, DMD

Me, my wife and two sons have been seeing Dr Jacky for over 14 years. I cannot express enough how caring, and helpful they have been. I once had a crown pop off and they made an appointment for me early the next day. Mandy even wrote me a emergency dental notice for my boss. He has it on his wall to this day lol. Dr Jacky saw me thru two root canals (done in conjunction with his oral surgeon recommendation) and crowns that I had to have redone because of a previous quack dentist. Mandy and Dr Jacky made sure it was all coded correctly for my insurance and lawyer. Dr Jacky ensured I had enough local anesthesia during the entire redo process and wasn't experiencing too much pain. Inna is always very kind and takes extra precaution of my receding gums when she does my cleanings. I am set up for text reminders for every appointment so there is no confusion on when my next appointment is. Cheryl is always accommodating if I need to change an appointment. Dr Jacky it always on top of the most cutting edge dental technology, from new whitening systems, fillings and ultra sonic plaque removers. Me and my family will be going here for as long as we live in Edmonds.

We've been going to Dr. Jacky's practice for a number of years. He and his staff are friendly and take good care of you.

Dr. Jacky is also up on the latest technology. I've had several fillings replaced over the last couple of years and the dental laser has allowed me to have the work done without any anesthetic, which is great if you don't want your mouth numb the rest of the day. The dental camera also lets them show you exactly what the problem is on the monitor.

I have trusted Dr. Jacky and his wonderful staff to care for my teeth for many years. Extremely knowledgeable, state of the art equipment and cutting edge expertise in the realm of Dentistry. Dr. Jacky and his staff are all very friendly and personable. I feel as though I am with family whenever I visit the office. Grade AAAAAA all the way!

Friday afternoon, 36 hours before a Mexico vacation and a crown decides to pop off after eating a caramel (never again!). Dr Jacky answered the off hour call immediately and I lucked out Mandy was in the (closed office) doing some catch-up work. She was so gracious, professional and efficient as she temp cemented the crown on, gave me an emergency pack of goodies should it pop off in Mexico, and has me scheduled for an appt when I’m back. I’m so grateful!!

He had to re do the first filling.
six months later, I had to get a crown and another fillings redone and again he messed up the filling and the amount that the insurance reimbursed, was quite different than the amount. They reimbursed my husband’s dentist and I had to pay the difference. He also hurt me trying to fix the second filling and was pushing down on my jar so hard it was horrible.

If I could give this dental office zero stars, I would. I had my crowns done at this office. During the first procedure, the assistant was supposed to give me two shots to numb my gums. Instead her first shot poked into my throat. After two shots, my gums still could feel any touches. So Dr. Jacky came to give me a third shot, and then was able to operate on my teeth. However, my throat was left completely numb. I was instructed by the hygienist, Sandi, to drink water to alleviate the numbness. But I could not swallow and found it very difficult to breathe. I ended up calling 911 and was sent into the emergency room. I was left with a nearly $2000 medical bill from this horrible incident. I filed a complaint against the dental office. But during the investigation, the entire office has been lying to cover up the incompetent assistant. Dr. Jacky lied and said it was him that gave me all three shots. As a patient, my rights and my safety were stomped under these people's feet. During the second procedure I had no choice but continue finishing the procedure since they already made the scan for my implant crown. I asked them to not get me numbed, but this time Dr. Jacky dropped the tiny screwdriver into my throat and he was freaking out and told me not to swallow. The procedures in this office were the most horrifying experiences I have ever had in my entire life. There is not any integrity in this office and it is full of lies. DO NOT come to this dental office, if you do not want to have your life endangered.

I made an appointment, new patient. they could not find my insurance so Mandy choose to start making all kinds of excuses Like maybe It was under a different name.or maybe it was a different insurance, or maybe my card was old. I think I know my name, my insurance, brand new card. I do not know this person from the man in the moon she has NO reason to start making excuses of any kind.
