Reviews were right. They’re so friendly and nice to talk to. First time I went there to have new battery for a wrist Watch, then, she found out after putting new battery, watch isn’t functioning anymore. They removed the battery and didn’t charge me. I felt bad. I just wasted their time cos I also brought a ring and had them check it to see what karat. But, they are really nice people. When I got home, I found out that’s my son’s jewelry store if he needs to get something for my daughter in law. I’ll be back there anyways.

I have taken my wedding ring and had diamonds replaced as well as purchasing items numerous times. If you want a personal jeweler this is your place. I love the personal care you receive and they treat you like you're family. I will go no where else.

Love thus place! I brought in an old family piece. It was an old platinum diamond ring that had needed repair.
I had some missing stone replaced and the ring sized down.
I was.very pleased.with the work.

I have been going to H Tim Williams Jewelers for over 25 plus years. Tim & Robin are fantastic! Throughout this time I have had rings sized, cleaned, watch batteries replaced, and have bought some beautiful jewelry as well. Last year I bought a gorgeous 14K gold necklace and matching bracelet, stunning! My husband also bought me a beautiful 14K gold ring from their estate jewelry for Christmas last year, absolutely love it. Tim & Robin are not only extremely knowledgeable about jewelry, metals, stones, but can create jewelry as well. They always have beautiful selections of rings, necklaces, pendants, earrings, and bracelets They are true professionals in their field and expertise is outstanding. I wouldn't trust going anywhere else for my jewelry or service.

Needed an adjustment to a custom ring and two lady's watches needed batteries. All accomplished with perfect workmanship and excellent customer service. We will return for any of our jewelry needs.

Yesterday I took a Shinola watch into Tim Williams Jewelers and Tim installed a new watch band that I had purchased online. He did not charge me for this. I've used Tim Williams Jewelers many times and have always been very happy with their work. I highly recommend them.

Tim has made some outstanding custom pieces for me. He just transformed my Mom’s watch face into a beautiful pendant. Outstanding customer service & quality jewelry.

Nice small local Santee jeweler with everything you need. I had three old watches that are over 40 something years old. All three didn't work. Two were able to get repaired, one was so old you can order parts for. But the jeweler still was able to help me out with fixing two of them.

As a jeweler who moved away from the San Diego area 4 years ago I often have friends in the San Diego East county area asking who to go to for repairs and purchases. I have recommended the William's on several occasions and always got great feedback from friends about the quality of service and the friendly atmosphere. As a jeweler myself I really value having a place to send my friends now that I'm a 1000 miles away. Thanks!

Took in my new Fossil smart watch my boyfriend tried to size for me (which he screwed up) and they fixed it right up for free and I was in and out in less than five minutes. Will be coming here for all my watch and jewelry needs. Thanks so much!

Michael B. - Professional jewelers are not in the business of loaning tools to untrained people. Its very easy to injure someone using a ring cutter. I have done close to 100 cut offs and have nicked a few fingers even with my experience. If he loaned them to you and you hurt her then you would be leaving a bad review on how he didnt train you well enough. Dont be a cry baby this has nothing to do with the quality of his merchandise or his service.
