Both the Doctor and the staff were personable and helpful.

Let me start with saying Norma is fantastic. She is part of the front office staff at Target Optical. After thinking about my glasses purchase for a couple of days I decided I would not be happy with them. I walked in and explained my situation and she took care of everything to make it happen. She is wonderful. Very happy with both the doctor and the staff. Would definitely recommend!

This is the most efficient target that I know of. Super fast and very friendly. Mu home is closer to another but the service you have here is most excellent.!!

Clean and maintained. I usually find what I need here. This target is near my house and I'm glad that it's well stocked and well run.

First time using Target Optical and I wished I had used them sooner. Highly professional and friendly staff. Received a very thorough eye exam by a very proficient Optometrist. The latest technology in eyewear is offered. Highly recommend!

Great service for a return. Orginally purchased headphones from an El Cajon Target but their customer service was so terrible. The manager was so rude and refused to refund us even though her associate at the Electronics failed to explain the exact return policy. Wouldn't have had this issue if she had trained their associate to state the return policy, especially on a pricy item. Took it to the Target Santee, two young ladies at the return deck totally understood our situation and she refunded us. Thank you Target of Santee, especially those two young ladies at the return deck. They know good very customer service. They are very trained, they treat the people with respect. Definitely will make all my purchases at the Target of Santee because they know to treat others with respect.

This is for Target Optical. Every time I go in there, they are always happy and willing to help. I was seen early today which helped me out tons. They always save me as much money as possible. Great team!! Thank you

All the staff that I encountered was very kind and I really trust the optometrist that worked with me they explained things clearly and concisely. I trusted that they had my best interest in mind. The person processing my insurance information was so personable and fantastic at their job. I was pleasantly surprised by target optical and I will gladly come back here again soon and recommend all my friends and family to go here as well.
