Wells Fargo Bank

My husband and I have been banking w this company for almost 2 decades. I recently been engaged in online transactions because of convenience and time. I do not like waiting in Long line like anyone else.
I make sure to make appointment w the branch officer other than cashing/ depositing money before coming over so things flow smoothly. The experience varies but all is well. Noticing fast transition of young bank tellers not sure if they are rotated per bank regulations.
Get all documents needed with me and go home with good sleep. Thank you Wells.

I have never had a problem with this bank, they are all very professional, and willing to take the time to talk with you.

The parking for the bank is excellent, they have 3 ATM's that are outside, 2 of these ATM's are drive up, the other is by the entrance.

The inside of the branch is very spacious and has multiple personal banker sections where you can discuss and conduct your business in private.

I always got nice supporting from customer service team and manager here

Very good service from all the tellers and friendly staff.

Um they say "hi how are you" to be nice...

Easy to do business with them

This place is hardly ever busy yet the find a way to make a line. I go there often due to work and rarely do they have more than one teller available. The staff are friendly but what should take 5-10 min usually takes double

They don't have enough bankers to help with anything outside of what an atm could do and they always want you to call and make an appointment to do anything and they are booked out sometimes weeks.

Bank Systems are from 3rd world country and they absolutely don't care for Customers. I am CLOSING my accounts with these bank soon.

Walked in to open a checking account and Rosendo, a banker told me they can’t until next week. I asked if they have anyway of finding out if other branches can help me and he walked away saying “we have just as much knowledge as you do.” I asked again if he can give me any more info because no branch answers their phones and he just kept walking away.
I went to the front to get a cashiers check, and Rosendo was behind the glass and raised his voice and came up to the glass as if he wanted to fight because he believes i disrespected the place he works at. You’re a banker. Act like it.
His bank teller literally had to pull him back. I’m seriously in disbelief lol.
This is Wells Fargo people. Stay away. I’ve been banking here with 3 business accounts for 8 years and this is how they talk/treat clients.

I already booked appointment with this location but when I came in there was someone had the same hour appointment with me and they told me that it would took hours and I supposed to move my appointment until next week. I just wanna update my legal name on my car loan and not gonna have business with Well Fargo in the future!

The worst branch possible. No one there to help you with as simple a statement verification letter. You will have to wait in line for 30mins or so, just to get a useless answer saying we can't do that. This branch is nothing but a ATM, never go in person to this branch. A complete time waste to go to this branch.

I was unaware that the "business banker" left the branch while I was in the middle of securing a business loan. After several weeks of trying to get an update, I went into the branch where I was informed the "business banker" is no longer there. Obviously nobody from the branch bothered to inform me and since the business bankers email and voice mail were still up and running I had no idea she had left.
Mary, the branch manager, does not return my calls.
I am a "Platinum" account, meaning I maintain a high account balance.
I would not give this branch any stars except they do have one outstanding personal banker in Jennifer Nguyen.

Do not go to this branch. Every time I come here there is a problem. Monkeys could do better! I mean it . The manager is a clown . They should have closed this branch down instead of others and all the workers should hold signs up on the street

HORRIBLE!!! Do yourself a favor Wells and shut this branch down! One banker and two tellers make appointments to wire get real! Switching all my accounts to Chase..
