Dr Cooley is not only an excellent dentist but he is also very personable and patient centered. I consider myself to be very fortunate to have him in charge of my dental care.

Additionally, Dr. Cooley has surrounded himself with a very friendly and efficient staff that is a pleasure to work with.

Going to a dentist appointment with that group feels more like going into visit with old friends.

I have had nothing but exceptional experiences at Cooley Smiles! The level of care provided by the staff exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the team was incredibly attentive. The dental professionals were thorough, explaining every step of the process with expertise and genuine concern for my comfort. The entire staff demonstrated a commitment to patient well-being, making my visit not only efficient but also a positive and comfortable experience. I’m not sure 5 stars is enough to rate the team at Cooley Smiles in Lynnwood. I had started at the Everett location, which they are all great there too, but ended up having an issue with a tooth and transferred to Dr Brandon. I still have this ongoing problem since December and the team has done their absolute best to figure out the cause of the problem. They are all very kind and warm, and welcome you in like family. In between what I feel like has been a hundred appointments (not their fault, my tooth’s), they will email to check in and see how I’m doing. I’ve never had a doctor in any other field follow up with me about my well being. It’s HUGE to have people in the medical field advocate for you and it’s made this tooth pain just a little bit more bearable knowing they’re not happy until I am. Thanks for all you all do!

I am blown away! I am usually a very anxious patient and have a hard time at the dentist. I was recommended to this practice by a friend who had a great experience and I am happy to say I had the same. From the moment I walked in, the office staff were very friendly and greeted me immediately. All the forms were sent to me ahead of time so the process to check in was fast and easy. I saw Dr. Brandon who was knowledgeable and a very funny guy. He talked through options to help with my anxiety and ran through a plan that was both manageable financially and time-wise. He answered all my questions, and Julie in the front brought back a treatment estimate quickly so we were able to start treatment same day. I had such a great experience and will definitely be coming back to finish the rest of my treatment. I hope I never have to find another dentist again.

Cooley Smiles Lynnwood office is the place to go for your dental needs! I have been going to Cooley Smiles for less than a year and I am very happy I chose them! Who likes going to the dentist? If you have anxiety, Dr Brandon has a way of making you feel at ease. He’s very professional yet personable.

Visited this office recently and had a great experience. They are under new ownership and the new team is enthusiastic, welcoming, and professional. I spoke to Julie at the front desk and she is highly knowledgeable with all my insurance questions. Scheduling was easy and fast. I saw Dr. Brandon and felt immediately at ease. He has a lot of experience and talked me through different treatment options. It felt like a genuine interaction and I did not feel pressured or like they were selling me anything. I will be continuing to come here for my treatment and would highly recommend this office.

Cooley Smiles is the best dental practice around. They are hands down the best dentists ever! They are all so welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, and make going to the dentist enjoyable. I have been seen for regular dentistry, as well as for Invisalign. I can’t recommend them enough! Their front staff and hygienists are amazing, as well. Do yourself a favor and go to Cooley Smiles!

Best dental experience I have had in the area. I have been going to this Lynnwood location for years under several different dentists. My experience has drastically improved since Dr. Cooley and team have taken over. Cutting edge technology and continual improvements to the equipment and office every time I go in. Incredibly personable dentist, hygienist, and office staff.

The new Ownership Team have not only invested in updating the facility, but their customer-first approach is spot on. I was very impressed with the openness and kindness of the new Owner during my visit today. I will most certainly continue trusting Cooley with my dental hygiene.

Great service. Everything was explained to me. First time I’ve had a CT of my dental work/nasal cavity. I felt like all my questions were answered. My teeth are SO much cleaner now and I have some fillings to fix so I’ll be back to keep my health and dental care up to date.

I had such a fantastic experience at my new dentist! Julie the office manager greeted me and instantly made me feel like I had known her for years! And Dr. Brandon isn’t like a regular dentist, he’s a cool dentist! I felt confident in his recommendations and am looking forward to bringing my whole family here!

I have been going to Cooley Smiles for years and this new location is great! The front desk is cheerful and over the top helpful. The hygienist, assistants, and doctor are knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. The attention to detail and state of the art equipment is excellent through all of their practices. I also enjoy the staff’s personalities - they are funny and positive - which makes the whole experience a lot more painless. Highly recommend.

Had my first appointment at Cooley Smiles in Lynnwood last week, and very happy with my visit! Went in with a bit of chip on my front tooth, and was worried about how it could be fixed. Dr. Cooley did a beautiful job mending my tooth. All smiles here! Everyone in the office is super nice and helpful, the office is lovely, and Dr. Cooley does excellent work. Overall a great experience!

This is an overdue review. I was amazed by how the staff treated me. I got my estimate and the receptionist explained my benefits to me and when I went in for my deep cleaning with Hazel I felt comfortable the entire time. Before she even started she made sure I was completely numb. I felt so comfortable with her that I fell asleep during the appointment and this is coming from a person that has dental anxiety. I have finally found the office for me!

For those with sensitive teeth - I love this dentist & staff - they do an outstanding job - no pain & my teeth look fantastic. Dr. Brandon answers my millions of questions- always with patience & honesty. Navigating dental stuff doesn’t get easier with age.
