Subway

My wife wanted something cold for dinner. The Subway restaurant in Hood River was closed because of the hot weather. I drove across the Hood River toll bridge, paid Washington sales tax, and drove back across the Bridge of the Gods toll bridge to Cascade Locks.

The staff and service were awesome. They had our sandwiches ready and waiting when I arrived. Thank-you for being there for your out of state neighbors!

Manager waited on us, friendly and made a great sandwich.

On a less than perfect emotional day, after much exertion on the river I stopped in this establishment to grab dinner for my family. I was struggling to keep my hurt inside and it was obvious by looking at my face. I order our sandwiches, paid and got back in my car where it was safe to release again. Much later when I was able to eat my sandwich I pulled it out of the bag and to my surprise there was a sleeve with a cookie in it and on it was written “I hope your day gets better”.
Immediately my spirits were lifted and I often think of that sweet antic that changed my day and pushed the clouds away. I wish I would’ve gotten the staff members name so I could rave to corporate. I hope she reads this and knows what an impact that seemingly small gesture made. It’s about a month later and I still think of it daily. Thank you!!!!! 🤍

Stopped in for a quick meal. You never know what you may encounter at your small town subway. Staff was friendly. My sandwich was perfect. Fed my family of 4 for under $40 and the got exactly what I expected. Keep up the good work.

The lady that was working there was so helpful and nice. My sandwich was really good. Unfortunately their prices have gone up so much. An average sandwich is 7.00- 9.00 and something plus tax in Washington.

I love my local small town Subway! They treat everyone with a smile and never complain when I say I am ordering 4-6 subs.
Love ordering online so they have time for my big order.

What can I say? I love Subway. always great food the way you want it

As a local Stevensonite, I find myself here often. There are always friendly people working that understand "lots of spinach" doesn't mean only two extra leaves. Refills for the 42 oz soda is only 50¢, the cheapest in town. They will always have my business!

The food is great and the lady who made our sandwiches is also the lady in the picture and she is the very best...

This people this young lady that was working there was just such a sweetheart she was kind she was helpful courteous thoughtful my gosh the best customer service I've had in a long time
