Main Street Convenience

I find this as my go-to for quick stops in Stevenson. Their fried food is pretty good and seemingly, very popular. The wait times are so-so but worth it avoid having to go in the store next door. It's nice they have seating available. I never see this place empty so that's a good sign.

Great stop in the gorge. Biggest hot food selection for 50 miles. Fresh hand breaded chicken strips, jo-jos, AN ICEE MACHINE!! great pizza, huge selection of food, fishing gear, alcohol, drinks etc. The staff are awesome always super friendly. Friendly owner. Awesome manager Nikki. I see everyone stopped at East wind for a crappy cone. Well main street has Icee's!! And better food. Worth a quick stop. PS if you are in early Loretta makes an awesome breakfast pizza that is worth the drive in itself.

Main Street was where I met my husband 18 years and four days ago from today and also in that very restroom I found out that I was expecting my 2nd child! (I know that sounds weird but its true. I couldn't wait for the drive home!) Shortly after we married my "new" Mother-in-law was hired there and to this day she's still working the graveyard shift. I was just texting her a few minutes ago, and she was telling me that she just got home from her 13th day in a row and 129 hours!!! In the past when they were trying to hire another person for graveyard, she had worked 35-40ish days straight! I swear she is the most dedicated trusting family member/person/employee that I have ever known! And I'm not just saying that because she's my husbands mother either. So if you ask me, if I were the owner, I would be doing a lot to make sure she knows that she is valued and appreciated! Anyways, if your ever in there during the over night hours say HI to her! Her name is Loretta Blackwell! Love you "mom"! :)

Everything is great there but for some workers. One of the male workers was horrible today to his coworker. He full on got in her face today and I don't know what for but it was uncalled for.

Some of the new works were not nice lately.saying that I shouldn't be buying beer or playing the scratch tickets .it's no body's business you really need to mind your own business.
