Walmart Vision & Glasses

I was at Walmart in the Optical Department and Silvia help me so much. I was trying to find a pair of sport sunglasses to have my prescription put in and she was so kind and patient with me. She certainly is a great employee. Olive Wade Kopp. Also I want say Christina , the manager had told me on the first time I came last week that the warranty on my glasses , was through a company that you no longer did business with, because Walmart bought the company. I was rather upset and she said She would work with me because I only wanted one type of sport glasses . She said Walmart would honor my my replacement sport glasses and told me I had until 15 th of May. I was so happy then I came back a few days later and Silvia helped me find a pair. With everyone working to make sure I was happy. I do all my shopping at Walmart and now I am even a happier customer. Christina is also a great employee and problem solver. Thank you. Olive

I just love them ok maby a little obbseed
LOL.
I guess they are being discontinued., however she put 100% effort into finding them .....and did.
thank you again Cristina for going the extra mile for me when others did not.....
I was so excited when she called & said she had found them.
I'll go nowhere else for my eyewear.

Great experience. The doctor was professional and efficient . I also love that the sales staff was not pushy. You can’t really ask for more :D

They tried adjusting my new frames using a heat gun making them look like goggles. I thought I was buying frames not goggles. Manager shouldn’t be a manager, demote her

Always busy, waiting period is bad. Dr. who does exams left me waiting for 30 minutes after my appointment. Won’t be returning

This store is undermanned and slow. While I waited for my glasses, the only person assisting customers was more interested in discussing her physical therapy with the person she was with than serving the 4 customers waiting. I had to wait 25 minutes. It would have been longer but the woman ahead of me let me go next because I just had to pick up glasses. Very poor customer service.

Been ordering contacts here for over 10 years, as a veteran receiving 10% off and in my records. Now I'm told I have to show proof every time I order that I am indeed a Veteran. Does being a Veteran have a time limit or expiration? Horrible customer service to Veterans who have to wait to order contacts and order over the phone.

I will start with, the older gentleman Doctor is the only one who seems to actually care for you health.
I have had the worst experience with the eye facility. I wish I had gone somewhere else, and I hope you do as well.

‏I felt bad when dealing with you because you gave me a false date .. When I submit my glasses request, I asked you whether it is possible to make it early, and your answered: Yes, afterwards I completed the papers and the request, but unfortunately I did not get it was a date
