I don’t know who is responsible to thank , but we’ve seen some amazing improvement in customer service! There’s a blonde at the Returns area who is absolutely warm and welcoming! We have always wanted that! That’s how we rate businesses, how their employees act with customers! Congratulations who is having good one on ones with your staff, it shows! If you look at my review 2 years ago, I left maybe 2 stars! Anyways, well done San Bruno location! We appreciate you all and your hard work!

Thanks to the knowledgeable & helpful clerk in the paint department at the San Bruno, CA, store, I got the samples of Cabot exterior stain I needed. She greeted me kindly & let me know how long it would take to find & prepare the colors (2 minutes). My three little cans were clearly labeled, then put in the perfect box for safe transport. I asked about cleanup & disposal of any leftover stain, and received excellent answers for both of my concerns.

Great staff very helpful especially Dandy, might be wrong with the spelling but he is an outstanding member of Lowes you can rely on him and take his word. Overall everything is good in this store.

So close to Bart station.

I was planning to do some shopping in Lowes today but I have a very bad food poisoning after the lunch. The manger really take care for me and check out time to time and make sure I am ok in the bathroom after I vomit badly. She even gave me bottle of water and Electrolyte Drink as I requested.

When I want to paid for those drinks the cashier told me I don’t have to pay. More than that. The other staff Kim (Sorry that is the time I start have to recall name in my brain) walk me out the store and keep checking if I am ok, while I am waiting my friend to pick me up. I feel so grateful for the staffs I met today and help me out. Thank You for all your help. I will keep shopping in Lowes San Bruno

I picked up my brothers online purchase and for myself i got a gallon of paint and got 3 keys made by an actual person. Lowe didnt take mobile payment but i always keep my card since i have only switch paying everything on mobile less than a year. I prefer lowe because the employees here dont think female shoppers are invisible.

Kimberly should be running this place. She is old school quality customer service, the kind you don’t see much of anymore. Give this woman a raise and a vacation.

I went there looking for whatever to keep my place tidy. One of the associates Tyler helped me. I am not sure what his last name was but I found him near the light department. He directed me towards the storage area and he also gave me some helpful tips on how I can keep my rug from moving around. I have such a hard time with choices and decision-making and he help me choose the right one and it wasn't expensive either. So I feel like he was thinking more about the customer than trying to sell me the highest price. I am glad I got to meet him and I will be back. Thank you.

Close by Lowe’s are a variety of restaurants and the delightful Tanforan Mall.

We were looking for a 73" white vinyl shade and found it. Couldn't find it at Home Depot, Ace Hardware or Bed Bath and Beyond, but Lowes had it.

Lowe's has a great selection of fasteners of Simpson, nails and screws. Much better than Home Depot. If you're looking for Simpson structural screws, go to Lowe's.

Helpful staff which you don't always find in the big box stores. I checked online first for availability of the Insinkerator item I needed and they had plenty.

This is a gigantic store with a broad selection of hardware items. In my estimation it is the largest hardware near San Francisco without crossing a bridge. At times things can be quite disorganized but overall the store is clean, especially when compared with local Home Depot stores. It is a big box store, so don't expect a great deal of help from the staff.
When they do assist you, they are friendly and resourceful. In my experience, Lowe's is a bit more expensive than Home Depot. But this is not always the case. So if you shop prices like I do, you need to do your research.

Move to the area 36 years ago, it is less then a mile away. For hardware supplies they seem to have items in stock most times. OSH another hardware store is not to far away, check supply and prices as a comparison. The bathroom seem to be clean almost all the time. When working home projects, may have to go to store 2-3 times a week or 2 times a day to get the small nut and bolts.

I went to 2 Home Depots and one other Lowe’s today and I can say that this is my favorite! Staff was very helpful and I was able to order some planks in the afternoon to be cut, and they were ready in less than an hour! This store also has the best indoor plant selection in my opinion.

Went here yesterday to get some galvanized metal sheet and the big guy who was working in the garden department was very respectful, helpful and informative. Found exactly what I needed. Great, kind customer service!

At 1st I didn’t find what I was looking for (folding collapsible dolly hand truck).

I literally went out to my car, and yes I admit to looking up my item at Home Depot. However, didn’t see the item for the price I wanted to pay.

Frustrated, I walked back into Lowe’s… I stopped a Gal in Lowe’s uniform. I showed her the exact folding collapsible dolly hand truck from my phone. After she looked up the item with the item #, she pulled a box of the shelf & handed me the exact item I wanted with the price I was willing to pay.

I was so excited, I rushed to the front to pay for my item.

I left Lowe’s such a very happy mood!!!
