Form Fitness

The property seems very light and open thanks to the park next door and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the great location. Excellent owner and staff. never feels overly congested. really well-kept.

To whom it may concern:

I have been working out at gyms and health spas for 30 years. Form fitness is the best facility I have ever had the pleasure to use. There are multiple reasons for this:
1. It starts with the fact it is extremely well managed. The owner is almost always on site, and making sure all of his employees are following the procedures, such as keeping the machines and bathrooms, etc. extremely clean and wiped down regularly and in working order. This place is spotless!!!! Every time I go there.

2. All of the work out machines, weights, everything is brand new and top of the line.
3. The layout makes perfect sense, and it compartmentalized in a manner that keeps the weight lifters away from the classes, which are up stairs, and very private.

4. The dressing rooms, are very private, and secure, I have never felt a need to use a lock although they are supplied free of charge.

5. There is a place to leave your children when working out that even my over protective wife feels is secure, and so do I.

6. Sassan the owner, it just awesome and a great, great guy who always says hello to everyone and is on scene at almost all times.

7. The staff he has are so nice and helpful it is just incredible. They call you by name and give gentle and helpful hints as to how to use the machines...when necessary.

8. I have been a member of no less than 20 of these workout facilities in my life, often costing 2x 3x more, and this is by far the best, and it more than reasonably priced for what you get.

9 If you are looking for a health club, there is no question you will be happy here and you will make lots of friends to...I'd suggest stop shopping and sign up and go workout.

10. They also have social events, one of which I attended at the Circus club, which was a great dinner, and dancing affair, that my wife and I just loved.

Great location, the floor to ceiling windows and the park next door make the place feel very airy and open. Great staff and owner. Never feels too crowded. Kept very clean.

I have been a member for a lot of years. The staff is great as are the trainers. Equipment is always current. Thanks cheesy guy lol.

Great gym, with nice people. Facilities are clean and we'll maintained. Good selection of equipment.

The best place for a workout in downtown Palo Alto; and they have a lot of classes offered throughout the day.

Convenient

Decent local gym. Nothing fancy and it's a bit pricey, but convenient for me, as I work in the area.
