Absolutely amazing. This is the best woods ever, I go here about 5 times a week. I walk my dog here, go with friends, look at the ducks and more. There are so many trails here, I've been going here since I was 5 and still haven't been through them all. (I'm close) It is so peaceful, and you always find cool stuff! 5/5, highly recommend!

A quiet, flat trail that runs through a forested area with a small pond about midway through. The parking lot is free, unpaved and small (not a criticism, just pointing out what to expect). Parts of the trail are a bit muddy on wet days, so you may want to come prepared when walking your dog. There’s a convenient trash bin at the entrance of the trail. Would recommend for a short, peaceful walk!

Amazing trail in middle of city. This consists of many smaller trails and one of them is quite big. Totally recommend it for weekend fun.

This is my new favorite place to walk since i recently moved to the area...great secret spot to walk your dog and see some ducks...take the main path or traverse the many side trails through the woods...

Gorgeous location with pathways for simple biking or strollers and a bit off pathways to feel like you’re hiking. Loved it

Pine Ridge is a quaint park. There are a couple of dog-friendly trails that are well-maintained. Walking the stretch of the park takes ~10 minutes, give or take. Parking and a portable loo are available, too!

Great little trail in my neighborhood is why I love it! It is peaceful, clean and easily accessible. There is an upper trail and and lower trail. Nice shady place to walk on a hot summer day.

Comfortable trail with gentle grade and resting benches. Impressive Douglas-firs of utility pole quality. A natural stand that is near maturity.

This is the perfect park to
*Bring your kids and their stick ponies
*Set your young kids loose on trails with a compass and a whistle
*Walk your dog
*See ducks on the pond
*Listen to nature/birds
*Play an epic game of hide and seek or secret spy with Lazer guns
*Ride your mountain bike although trails not long enough to make it popular for that

This forest has parallel trails running north and south. Side trails galore, but they are on hills so finding your way back is as simple as down-just explain that to kids and the small parking lot is always North. Kids can gain confidence being further away from parents and easy place to learn how to use a compass. Easy to hear exactly where a whistle is blown because of hill acoustics. Neighbor fences block kids and dogs in safely.

People are very considerate about dogs- you usually only see one or two other visitors there. I like to let my dog off leash but when I see someone, I put the leash on.

No wheelchair access (I can't seem to edit my wrong answer in the question section).

Looking amazing going in but was over to soon. A side trip on a trail 30 feet past the bench on the right leading to opposing trail with the pond seemed like a nice adventure. Then my girlfriend and i walked through a hornets nest...... she got stung hella, i got stung none. What an adventure!!!

Two wide parallel paths cut through the park. One goes along the pond. The other takes a higher track above the pond. There are a number of small trails branching off up and down the hills. Trees are tall with little ground cover giving this park a Hobbit vibe.

Great park! Been going here for peaceful times with friends for at least ten years. People are very friendly and everyone with pets is extremely respectful and upholds proper etiquette expected from pet owners. Alot of fun trails to explore and it also links directly to Yost Park if you just follow the signs. I used to trail ride BMX bikes here and always had a blast, lots of downhill obstacles to overcome and naturally created jumps to conquer. All in all a peaceful atmosphere where you can go do you and enjoy the outdoors however you see fit without having someone raise an eyebrow or complain. 10/10 would bang
