We were first greeted by John, the store manager. John asked some terrific opening questions to learn exactly what we were shopping for. He was very friendly and helpful getting us started and quick to help us narrow it down to 4 or 5 couches that all met our criteria. Later on, Jeff was also a huge help in helping us finalize the one couch which we are SO very happy with! It was evident from the get go that both John and Jeff were truly there to help us accomplish our goals. In all my shopping experiences, those two gentlemen were the best sales associates I have ever met. They are true professionals and provided the best customer experience. I have already recommended them and will continue to recommend them to anyone I know who is shopping for furniture. Thank you, John and Jeff!

I didn’t feel pressured and it felt nice to choose my own journey with looking around the store. He checked on me and my 2 companions regularly (not too much like some associates in other furniture stores do) to make sure we’re doing ok and answer any questions we had.

Jeff worked super efficiently despite being the only one working at the store (lots of associates called in sick that day) while helping other customers out. He walked through the purchasing & delivery process thoroughly.

We eventually decided on a sectional sofa and bed frame for great prices with the sale they have going on (as of 1/21/2022).

Furniture here is also for delivery only & no pick up option is available.

We did had a delivery time of a little over 1 month out since we chose popular items and with pandemic constraints.

I was very impressed with the selection and the associates at Macys. Me and my wife decided to look for a couch and worked with Ted Porter on the specifics. Nobody approached us, nobody made us feel pressured, and at no point did I feel I was being taken for a ride. I am very happy with the selection we were offered, the choice we made, and although a little pricey happy with the product.

The sales lady Lisa was very helpful and friendly. We got a great price on a beautiful love seat. Looked at several other furniture stores in the area and found this one to be the least intimidating.

Beautiful very spacious showroom with a large selection of all kinds of furniture for every room. Furniture is very well made, trendy and great prices. Professional staff is very helpful and courteous. High quality brand names furniture. I'm very happy with my patio dining set purchased here. I highly recommend this store for any furnishing needs.

They have a wonderful staff. Especially Lisa who went out of her way to extend a sale one day so we can get the sale price on the share my brother wanted. I would recommend this place for anybody. This place goes above and beyond exceeds our expectations. Keep up the good work!

Amazing gallery for Macy's. They did a wonderful job ensuring that I was well taken care of while not being in the way. The salesman was patient and ready to assist. He wasn't pushy on selling anything that day. I later called in to make my order and there were no issues. I will come again for other furniture.

Amy was awesome helping with furniture and Karl was the best in helping us get it into our vehicle. Everything was well wrapped so it would not be damaged. Macy's Home Furniture store in Lynnwood is great!

Bought some furniture the sales person my wife and I worked with is Amy she was the best. She was not pushy like sales people can be and was extremely nice and helpful. Definitely recommend Macy furniture store I have bought multiple things from them now and definitely will continue doing business with them in the future.

we went to see bedroom sets a week ago ,they have a lot of beautiful collection it's hard to make your mind, the staff was great but i would like to mention his name who helped us. he was so helpful , kind and sweet, (LEE ) you're the best sales person i ever met. you're doing such an amazing job seriously, you're very sweet thanks a lot 🙏

Had a great experience with purchasing a sectional and a mattress. Loved everyone we worked with. We bought our mattress and the living room set, If you have the card sometimes its better to use it sometimes it doesn't make a difference, the Gallery is nicely distributed for exhibition and there's always friendly staff.

İ love it here .. but they don't get a lot of new furniture .. so if you go once a year .. you would barely see a difference 😅 .. but customer service is good!

In the last 20+ years, we've bought household furniture here and have been an daughter with their serving and service.

Unfortunately they had little to offer in apartment sized sofas. They did have a beautiful chair and ottoman I want.

Well maintained and staffed with helpful and informative staff eager to help out whilst you shop.
