I had a problem with my old laptop which I have coverage on through Best Buy Total. It was a hardware issue that couldn't be solved by the online help. It was easily solved by taking it in, then them letting me know what fan to order off of Amazon and a quick return appointment to have it installed.
I had had the hard drive replaced a few years ago, the laptop is still super fast and has lots of room left so I felt no need to replace it. I was glad to solve it this way. This policy is my most utilized insurance coverage and I've been impressed with their responses.

Five stars for Nolan in the car audio department! I got a new receiver installed back in December, and it needed to be done in a particular way for my older model FJ which does not come with a stock backup camera . Nolan was so helpful and friendly and understood exactly what I was asking for. Two months later and I couldn’t be happier with the job he did! Thanks Nolan!!

Daniel did a perfect job at installing my replacement speakers for my car. Very much attention paid to detail and it was a fairly quick process. He was also very informative when it came to issues with my car which I appreciated. There was a misunderstanding about my appointment time and I was told to come at 2:45 while on the schedule they had me at 12:45, but there was luckily a slot that became open last minute. Daniel took my appointment in immediately and got to work. Thank you for your great service!

Geek Squad at this store rocks. Northgate store couldn't help for 4 days even with an appointment and MyBestBuy account and this store let me walk in and helped this worn down, less than tech savvy, nonprofit managing Mom. Very grateful!

In both my appointments in Geek Squad, Noah was so helpful. He detected a virus in my Android Galaxy A50 phone. So, after saving what had to be transfered over and clearing my phone, he re-set it, adding some new features he told me about. It's such a relief for me not to be struggling with a malfunctiong phone. Adam explained things clearly and now I have a better understanding of my phone. My wife wanted to give her laptop to her brother and get herself another one. So we talked to the Geek Squad and decided to purchase their $179 coverage. What a great bargain for great service! My wife and I are older and do not know much about the best choice for a modern laptop. We were helped by Alfred. Alfred took the time to figure out what was best for our needs. He was really a very genuine and caring person. We took home a laptop and some accessories that we are very happy about. We believe he guided us to the very best results and are grateful that we met Alfred 🙂

I just had a great experience at Best Buy who is a blue shirt name Alfredo he provided excellent customer service and was candid while completely understanding of my situation with AirPods in the case that would not come off both him and the geek squad Tech were really awesome in providing excellent customer service and understanding my situation highly would recommend dispatched by as my previous experiences were not exemplary but this one seems to really care about its customers.

Whoever hired Alfredo should give themselves a pat on the back they hired a really great customer service agent

Went in earlier today, Tony helped me out big time. I was looking for a "best bang for your buck" tablet because i'm starting to get into digital art and photo editing. Tony helped me find exactly what i was looking for, told me a little about the tablet, and even let me know what software he uses because he's also into photography. He also made sure i got the pricematch to save me some money. Tony's the homie, give that man a raise.

Outstanding experience here with Darren and audio install Geek Squad team here! They repaired something Car Toys absolutely could not (Car Toys spent no less than 10 hours on 3 different trips trying to diagnose what they had done, & I had been working w/ the area manager for Car Toys, Tim Edwards! - they had cut-off all my OEM steering wheel controls unbelievably and told me it was not fix-able - fyi they later refunded hundreds of dollars after Best Buy repaired their error), Darren & team knew what the problem was w/ steering wheel controls and no less than brilliantly reverse-engineered communication back w/ steering wheel & the right parts, fixing it right the first time! Also a very nice double-din deck install, 3.5" tweeters up front (in a -very- tricky spot w/ car chassis frame along windshield too), front and rear 6.5" speakers, and my stereo has never sounded better, and finally all at a fantastic price - couldn't be happier w/ this team, 'master' installer feels like the right title here, thank you again gentlemen!

I love living between two of these places. I was able to get all the parts for a whole new high end PC in one day, and got price matched easily online when a price dropped later that week.

Easy online order and in person pickup

We were originally just looking at speakers, but while browsing we came up on 2 rooms off to the right of the entry. I had never been in the 2 studios that they have until then. Check them out!
The first one we went into featured TV's and the next featured sound equipment. Both studios are set up for experiencing the equipment.

Shout out to Adi he is always super friendly and outgoing when I come here to shop he makes the experience that much better thank you for providing great customer service.

Quick service and eager to answer all my questions on my monitor and subwoofer I bought as soon as I walk in they were ready to assist me. Thank you this best buy here in lynnwood did the exact thing that the everett best buy could not aka everything. I highly recommend this best buy it's a bit farther from my home seeing as I live next to the everett best buy but it's worth the drive to come here.

Here for a pick up. Didn't find the way to select curbside pickup, but it's fairly convenient inside, they have a dedicate line for pickup and it was pretty fast.

The Geek Squad installed my new Front/Rear Video camera system in my car today. A Very Clean and Quick Job! Their price whips the competition for installation!!

Had what I wanted in stock for the same price as Amazon. Friendly helpful staff.
