Fantastic flowers for fair price from this almost century old local florist. I had a small issue with the delivery window on an order placed this week which I notified them of, and immediately forgot about as my wife was so thrilled with the arrangement. Silvestri generously delivered a brand new arrangement the next day, just as gorgeous as the first, as a token of apology with no suggestion from myself that they make it right. They also didn't ask for a review.

If this doesn't convince you to choose this family owned business over TJ's or Safeway down the street, you're probably better off sticking with grocery store for bouquets. Your first flowers from Silvestri will instantly illuminate the low quality gifts you've given your loved ones for years and bring your personal integrity under scrutiny.

I had ordered flowers from a big chain, and they totally messed up the order last year. So I called this florist and spoke to him and he got a bouquet sent to my mother that day. I have ordered from them a few more times since, including today. I always choose florist choice flowers so they can give me a nice large arrangement of the freshest they have in stock. Been very pleased with each delivery my mother has received.

I recently visited Silvestri's to order a flower arrangement for my mothers funeral. I showed the gentleman a picture of an idea and he created the most beautiful arrangement of white flowers with green foliage. It's so rare these days to get personalized service where you're not rushed and feel listened to. I truly hope this family owned business understands the value they are to our community. You are very much appreciated.

Wow! What can I say. I live in Australia and recently ordered some flowers for my sister who lives in San Francisco. Firstly, I hadn't provided the complete address for delivery and second when the team at Silvestri tried to deliver the flowers they realized my sister was not in town. Not wanting the flowers to wilt over the weekend, they went through the effort of calling her and delivering the flowers to her location. If that's not the best customer service, I don't know what is! The flowers look fabulous too and apparently smell amazing. 5 stars on all accounts.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral and Flowers by Sylvestri went over and beyond. They were beautiful. We have been using this florist for YEARS and they never seem to disappoint.

After picking up an order in Burlingame and being completely disappointed we drove by Silvestri and decided to walk in... What did we have to lose. Silvestri was the best we found in the area. We ended up buying from them.

I went there randomly to buy a bouquet for my wife coming back at SFO. The flowers and arrangement were magnificent.

2 Stars only b/c the arrangement sent was pretty. THAT SAID- buyer beware. It did NOT look like the one pictured on the website. I paid for Premium+; the recipient recv'd an arrangement MUCH smaller than the standard sized pictured on their website, & it was sparse. I sent the owner pictures of the delivered arrangement & the pictured- her reply was 'I used better flowers'. She was combative, rude. She said 'I will go and take them back then!' Really?! Go elsewhere; read the reviews (I wish I had before ordering). I know they've been around a long time.. that doesnt give them a pass to charge for extra and not deliver what you paid for. $160 for a $90 arrangement.

I've got to be honest.

The roses I bought were expensive, yet small, almost ruined petals, service was slow and really bad as the preparation was done in the back instead of in front of me, like usual florists do.
I went to the back to check on what they were doing to make sure it looked ok.

Next time, I'll get my flowers elsewhere when going to the airport.

The owner of this company is disgusting and vulgar. Kept repeatedly telling me to go play with myself. And when I said excuse me..he continues with you mean to tell me you've never touched yourself...you've never played with yourself. Disgusting!
