They take the time to suggest ways to solve problems and find solutions. I've come in many times over the years with questions of how fix or repair something and they always have helpful suggestions and expert knowledge.

And they are always ready to help you find what you need.

Convenient cause close to home but helpful

Brisbane hardware relly impressed me,because I was able to find plumbing fittings that lows didnt have. I was doing a home improvement project and I was able to find all I needed there. The help is great and you in and out quickly. Big thanks to the employees there👍

I love this shop. Good selection + very friendly staff. I needed an old style can opener once, they didn’t have it but one of the guys working there remembered that he had one (his own) and just gave it to me. Best service ever :) oh, and they also copy keys real fast and well.

Hardware store love it , basically everything you need for your house, apartment,tools to fix things, also for gardening, I went to get me some hinges for my door, the one with the chain, very family oriented invironment, customer service was excellent very helpful love it!!.

Great advice. They actually listen to you and resolve your question. The store is small and has most things that you are looking for at the time and if they don't then they can order it in a day or two. Prices are a tad bit higher but the advice is more than worth the additional cost in time saved.
