The place is very nice and warm, feels very intimate eating there, like home. Me and the hubby had the meat ravioli and the chicken marsala. Shared both and loved each dish. Ronnie is such a great host and has amazing people skills and respect. We had gotten there around 230pm b4 they close at 3 and he welcomed us with open arms. The meal also comes with unlimited bread and a dessert. What a perk! We will be coming back to enjoy the entire menu.

This was my second visit to Mario’s for a farewell luncheon for one of our coworkers. Both times the food and service was outstanding! I had the chicken Marsala and it was fantastic. The last time we had a an assortment of pizzas and pasta dishes and they were all amazing. I’m looking forward to going back with Natalie for a quiet dinner for two!

This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food and atmosphere are like your mom was there. The pasta was great, the bread sticks were delicious. The wait staff were so friendly and attentive that we immediately felt like we were regulars. Clearly everyone there are regulars and come back often. It was a great find close to GooglePlex.

I grab lunch here 2xs a month and have only had a stellar experience. Food is great, service is consistently good, and the prices are fair for the quality of food. I only wish they were open for dinner so I could bring more people to this great restaurant.

Parking is a bit difficult. It is easier to park on the street in the neighborhood and walk in.

The food is great (maybe except Italian salad, it was so-so). The portions may be too big. If you get pasta, they will add a salad or soup for free. Also they have us complimentary desserts - really tasty cakes, but I'm not sure if they do this every time.

I had the spaghetti with meatballs with a salad and it was great! It was a lunch with co-workers and everybody liked it. Mario's has an extensive selection of soft drinks. The bread was soft and warm, served with olive oil & balsamic vinegar. afterwards, there was a small slice of cake. A surprise and a real treat. I'm totally going back to try the ravioli.

So good! I wish it was open all day! The staff is super nice and the food is always delicious, probably some of the best Italian I've ever had. They really need to have a dinner service though, I would come all the time if their hours were longer. The short hours really are the only drawback for this place.

Love the Italian food here. Their veggie options like pastas and pizzas are quite delicious out here. The place gets crowded during lunch hours on weekdays, so you might need to make reservation before coming here.

I am Italian and, sometimes, when you are in the US, you really miss a good home-made pasta or pizza. Well, at Mario's you can find really tasty original Italian food with plenty of options you can choose from. I ordered a shrimp pasta and it was really good. Moreover, they give you pizza starters and a tasteful pie for free. The owner is second-generation Italian and is really sweet and professional. To sum up, a must-go place!

With some of the best pizza I've found in the Bay Area, this gem seems to be a rather well-kept secret. Lunchtimes typically fill up with what I'd wager are mostly NASA/Moffett Airfield folks. One step through the door and you'll be surprised that this place exists where it does! Very friendly staff as well.

Hands down, my absolute favorite Italian restaurant south of The City!!!!! Great portions, reasonable prices, delicious food, friendly staff. Always a treat when I'm able to get over there. The only thing I don't love is the open hours. They are often closed after work hours.

Walked in to pick up my togo order and got handed a complimentary beer and breadstick while I waited. That's good service!

The food is also yummy with a lot of good options. They will make you custom stuff too if you don't see it on the menu..

Family food, family owned, and it feels like it. Third generation Italians, and all are still working. Good food, great value. Make sure to have lunch there during the week.

Cute little venue. The prices seem steep at first glance, but you get so much included with your entree. Don't miss the Italian cream soda.

Hands down some of the best traditional Italian food you can find anywhere! Family owned and operated, the recipes are handed down from generation to generation, and the prices are very good!
