Their croissants are simply the best! So flaky, literally melt in your mouth. I also love trying their seasonal baked goodies, especially the scones! I want to say their coffee could be a hit or a miss. The cappuccino was exceptionally good the first time (see picture), but tasted like milk/foam the second time around.

The Almond Croissant is absolutely amazing! It's super flaky but soft, smothered and covered with sliced almonds and powdered sugar, inside is swirled with like a creamy almond custard. It melts in your mouth but don't forget to chew the almonds! The customer service was great, fast transaction, and fair prices. I'll be stopping by here every chance I get.

My dad and I grabbed a bunch of different pastries on a rainy Saturday morning. We got a variety to do a fun taste test. Tucked into a mountain view neighborhood, they send pastries all over the city. We tried the passion fruit danish, almond croissant, chocolate croissant, whole wheat chocolate chip cookies, frangi twist and the cardamom danish. Everything had great flavor and very nice and friendly staff. So flakey that we both ended up covered. Great spot for coffee too and some covered seating as well as a walk up coffee bar.

Loved the coffee and pastries! We tried the almond Croissant and everything Danish.

Parking is a bit scarce but the atmosphere here is worth the struggle to find parking.

This place is dog friendly, so bring your furry friends!

I had a delightful experience at this bakery shop! The coffee was rich and aromatic, the croissant was perfectly flaky and buttery, and the chocolate chip cookie was heavenly - soft on the inside with gooey chocolate chips. The cozy outdoor ambiance added to the charm of my visit. I'll definitely be back for more delicious treats!

The croissants were very tasty, I got an original, a chocolate, and an almond one, the first two were still warm, crispy outside and soft inside, really good; the almond one is also good, not too sweet, but because it’s filled with almond, the croissant itself is kind of ‘masked.’ The lady at the window was very caring, she reminded me to keep the bags open so the croissants can keep crispy. The neighborhood is very low key, but how the lady treats food and customers definitely brightens the place up.

Indeed, it is one of the best croissants in the Bay area. It is by far the flakiest and buttery croissant 🥐.
They have patio seating with a variety of croissants and breads. The place also serves coffee.

This is my new bread and pastry hit, making life better in mid peninsula for all who love the feel, taste and aroma of fresh delicious bakery, no frills, and most items sell out before closing.

Great bakes, awesome baristas!
The midwife and the baker has probably the best almond croissant in the area. And while you can find it and their other pastries in other coffeeshops around, I only saw their everything croissant here and it is everything 😚👌

Big line on the weekends! But it moves fast expect about 15 to 20 minute wait. You can also order online on the website.
It’s in an unassuming location, but the food here is excellent ! Healthy whole grains and sourdough available. Do you have a coffee kiosk next door so you can get a coffee with your breakfast, sit and enjoy.
I got a commode baguette, a plain croissant and an orange currant scone

You will be met with absolutely long lines, have only tried their croissants which are good so I can’t wait to try the other breads and pastries they offer. Aside from that, they have really good coffee. I had flat white and my husband had the cortado. Both 👍🏼👍🏼

Great choice for slow morning with coffee and baking goods. Extremely friendly staff. I wish their working hours were a little longer ( now till 12:30) and more place to seat and enjoy 😊 other than that everything else is worth stopping by.

Update: they built more places for people to enjoy their coffee +1 star ⭐

I am just reviewing the bread. I lived in Switzerland and visited many European countries for work, including Denmark. I think the Swiss and Danes have the best breads due to their use of unique grains, and you can tell by the texture of the bread, the taste and how it satiates.

This guy is an absolute master bread maker. Al l the breads are authentic.

The pastries are mostly Parisian style, which often is "almost" burnt. I don't care for burnt tastes, so not for me, but they are authentic.

Stumbled across this cute place on my drive home. The staff is friendly, and they have an assortment of delicious pastries and breads. I tried their seasonal scone and almond croissant. Both were very delicious. Definitely will be back to try the other items on the menu.

Best local bakery in Bay Area. There is 15-20 min que on Saturday, but totally worth it. The Croissants are simply amazing specially the one with Cardamom. I would highly recommend this place.

This is our Saturday must stop spot. Their croissants are amazing like in France at a decent price (thank you!). Very fluffy and light, super fresh. I also recommend the passion fruit Danish (I did not get the chance to take a photo of it because it was gone too fast in my house).

Ate some delicious pastries at this cute little business! Their pastries are so fresh and you can tell they were baked the same day. There was a bit of a line when we went at around 8:45am but it moved quite fast. Definitely come a bit earlier and make sure not to park illegally as the parking patrol peruses this area quite often. I highly recommend the almond croissant here, perfect amount of almonds and almond paste, and the croissant isn't super buttery that it makes you feel full too fast!

Hidden gem that you can drive right by if you didn't know about it. I greedily go there to get their Sticky Buns almost every weekend. They also have seasonal danishes that have fruit and custard in the middle. Their seasonal muffins are good too. They have a wide variety of gluten goodies and a coffee shop, but it is the Sticky Buns that does it for me. I have a special way of eating them: I cut the "muffin top" off, heat it up a little in the microwave, uncoil the muffin top and eat right down to the center of it. The bottom half is eaten the same way and I save the buttery sweet center for last. Sometimes I save the outer part of the bottom half for last because the sweet caramelized glaze that is on there gives a nice chew :).. I'm done! I added photos.

Cool atmosphere and even better cappuccino. Haven’t tried bread there, but looked very delicious!
