I came in to retrieve my car and was 20 min late after the office closed. A worked saw me and helped me out even when he didn’t need to, and was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. I forgot his name but I had a Hyundai Sonata. This was definitely the best experience I’ve had with a tow company, 5 stars!

Bob Jr's Towing was a huge life-saver. Jim was super amazing and was such a rockstar. He/Bob Jr's Towing was able to move my stagnant truck from the front of the house into the driveway easily, perfectly, and professionally. The price was super reasonable - and I really appreciated Jim's kindness and Bob Jr's Towing urgency when I had called them for such a last minute tow. I would absolutely call them again for any and all roadside assistance. Thank you so so so much! (^_^)

My deepest gratitude goes out to Bob Jr's Towing Inc. and Ed (who helped changed out my flat tire) today! Around 9:30am today, I ran over a huge pot hold in the middle of an intersection heading to the 101 freeway. Flat tire instantly! Requested road side assistance from my care insurance company and literally waited for 2 hours and no update for any tow trucks to help me. I cancelled my request and decided to go the out-of-pocket route. Found Bob Jr's Towing Inc. and saw that they were 24 hours! I requested for help and within 30 mins I was relieved to see Ed, who changed my tire for me. Excellent out of pocket cost, quick service for a Sunday. I highly recommend Bob Jr's Towing service. Beyond grateful to you guys. Thanks again for all that you do!

Couldn’t have been easier and more convenient. Very nice and understanding and got to me and my car in 20 minutes. Very professional, safe, and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, I hope I don’t need these guys again but if I do, I’m calling them!

Bob has been in the business for many years. His professionalism exceeds expectations. My family and I needed emergency towing and contacted this company very late at night. Still, they were able to tow our car the next day as requested. We appreciate their patience and timely manner

So helpful. So nice. I am admittedly clueless about cars and all this stuff. They very patiently answered all my questions. The price was very reasonable versus other companies. The driver was the nicest guy. He was early and patiently waited while I got downstairs to move the car. When he got to the dealer and he dropped off the car, he called me to confirm that everything was OK. If I ever need a tow, this is the first place I am calling!

Quick to show up, always have friendly knowledgeable drivers. I needed a flat bed and they have one so that worked well for my 4WD vehicle

My mini van broke down on a busy commercial street tonight. I spent 3 hours dealing with AAA Roadside Assistance. Complete waste of time. It took them 2 hours to finally send an inexperienced tow truck driver that did not know how to get my mini van on his truck. Then I waited another hour for another truck that never came. I decided to call other tow truck companies off Yelp. Most companies didnt answer or said they were busy. Then I called Bob Jr Towing. This company is the absolute best. I mean THE absolute best. Albert was the tow truck driver. He can within 30-40 minutes. Got my minivan hooked up on his truck in 5 minutes and took me back home. Then Albert perfectly parked my minivan. Albert was professional, experienced and friendly.

If they tow your car away they're cool about allowing you to retrieve your things just call ahead of time. Ironically you can buy a car from Bob's dirt cheap.

Went with driver to pull a Big rig out of a situation, the driver was knowledgeable and with professionalism, made it look easy this little tow truck pulling this big rig like it was a Volkswagen.
