The event room was spacious and clean. Seems to be a good place for events and food service was wonderful. Servers were friendly and courteous.

Speaking for the Cafe Florian Sunday Brunch Buffet... This spot is awesome! As long as you know what won't get you too full or is a bit more expensive, you'll be able to fulfill your $55 per person price tag. Our server Lucia was also amazing! Guest service is a must at eating establishments, and she was great! She filled up our bottomless mimosas and waters quickly.

Update 02.11.24: We booked a room for the night. My wife held a party at the Clubhouse Bistro that night and we were pretty amazed by the room. Clean, rather spacious and comfortable. It held about 10 folks in there at once lol.

I had multiple events at this location. They didn't disappoint, I went to the lounge and had a blast. Good music, great bar.

We found this hotel very comfortable, well appointed, and a great location close to the airport but away from all the stress and noise. The staff were friendly, and we really appreciated having free parking. It's nice having an elegant lobby area as well.

Waiters are nice, courteous, pleasant, and kid-friendly. Food was delicious and fresh. Ambience is inviting. Didn't stay in hotel, there for the Brunch

Fantastic hotel! The rooms were clean the hotel very nice. I was upgraded because of my status and the room was awesome! The lobby area is really cool too. There’s like a river in it. It’s also close to the airport.
I would say they need a couple luggage carts over at the executive tower. That’s where I stayed but no carts there to unload bags.

Quick 1 night stay, but definitely will return. Beautiful property and nice location. Interesting little gym space, but hey, it had everything I needed. Plenty of free parking! Next visit will be longer.

Convenient location by Bridgepoint shopping center, helpful and friendly staff (the front desk whipped out a takeout menu from a nearby restaurant faster than Google when asked about late night food options). The fitness center has nice equipment, and they have a solid breakfast buffet with good variety. The food was fresh and the servers were very attentive. Great stay overall

Loved my room. I never heard any noise from the rooms next to me or above me. Did not hear planes flying by or traffic on the street. The room was clean and nice and cool when I walked into the room.

We loved this hotel. It's clean, quiet and comfortable The staff are very kind and friendly. It is beautiful to walk into and it was only a 30-45 minute drive to the largest attractions. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Was easily the best shower we have had in a hotel room. My only wish is that they would put conditioner in the bathrooms.

tip: We reserved parking at pier 39 any time we planned on being downtown. It was only $15 for the whole day.

Spent 8 days in this establishment. Lots to like about this place. A good breakfast buffet offering is available. Also a breakfast choice off the menu was is available. The waiting staff are very attentive. This also applies to the reception staff. The actual location is both confusing to get to and easier to leave. The room is well appointed and housekeeping is by request. A residue of the pandemic and staffing problem I suppose. Would return to this establishment when I am in the area on business or for pleasure. Very convenient for San Francisco Airport. Also lots of eating places close by to suit varying tastes.

A spa pool definitely adds some credits.

Very nice place to stay. I chose it based on location to where I needed to be, but having been here, I would choose it again "just because". It is clean, quiet, and has updated amenities. The pool and hot tub are adequate, but have the best open hours of any place I've been (important to me).

Great experience! Attended a wedding reception in the banquet room and stayed in a room over night. Clean and comfortable. The towels were nice and thick and the bedding was very comfortable.
The food was very good. We ate in the restaurant, at the wedding and even ordered room service for breakfast the next morning! All were very good.
Having said all that, the best part was the staff. Everyone was friendly and greeted us with smiles. They always asked if there was anything else we may need.

I came from a hotel in San Fran, and that was horrible. The food, service and cleanliness were atrocious. This hotel was great. The people were very helpful and friendly. My room was very clean. The restaurant food was great. It was real cooked food, I was very impressed. We actually canceled our plans and ate breakfast and dinner the entire week at this restaurant. If I ever come back to this area, this will be the hotel I stay at.

The rooms were better than expected!
Rooms and amenities were nice and clean, food was great(not so much the pizza) and pool was wonderful! I was given my preference of bed type when I booked a standard type, and given top floor!

Will definitely be returning, I don’t live too far and will be making this my weekend trip hotel

Thank you so much! We had a long, late arriving flight, to be met with a mix up at another hotel causing our reservation to be cancelled. In short, they wanted to charge us more for the available room! Crowne Plaza saved the day. The price was amazing, the check in staff was kind and helpful, the room was beautiful, they let us eat at the restaurant just as the kitchen was about to close (they we're amazing and the food delish) and the bed...oh my gosh! I could have spent my entire vacation in it! A million thanks Crowne Plaza, we will return.

I loved it--the lobby's atmospheric waterfall and rivers, variety of restaurants/bars, sunny workout room and pool, comfortable rooms. It felt very luxurious to me, although my friends commented that this was the type of hotel their families would stay at 20 years ago for a getaway, meaning it was dated now. I didn't mind at all. Some advice: if you're staying over the weekend, request a room far away from the hotel dance club if you are worried about getting sleep.

Stayed here for a business trip, and the first thing that was obvious to me was that the GM cared about the hotel and the comfort of his/her guests. There were a lot of little touches that impressed me from the Unwind Kit (Lotions and Spray) to the Curtain/Drapes Clip. I travel a lot and I am impressed by the little things. Every employee was genuinely courteous and helpful. Is it the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at? Of course not. Is it a 4-Star hotel? Yes!!! The property is unique and fun and relaxing. For what it is worth, this also seems to be the preferred hotel for Asian stewardesses on international layovers. Sooooooo sexy.

Firstly the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly when I checked in. They found me the best available room without me asking and were incredibly helpful and polite. The bar service in the lobby area was also great, with a very attentive barmaid. The room is spacious and well appointed with a great bathroom. Only complaint is a bit of noise from the freeway outside but some earplugs will soon sort that out. Highly recommended.
