City Pub

After we met at seapot for lunch, the next day we went to this city pub for sandwiches. It’s quite a nice place for lunch, we sat outside and we came a little early, only one lady setting up the table and stuff. The parking lot is not so bad since we could also park across at the train station. The parking meter only charge $1/hour, you need to know your space number.
The server was quite attentive and fast although one was running at the time.
All the sandwiches are about $20 with fries or salads. I had the spicy chicken which’s quite good. The fries are excellent, very tasty. The zucchini is a must with ranch dressing, everyone loved them.
Burgers, quesadilla, steak are all great. The place is right outside so we could talk freely without worrying about bothering someone else LOL.

First time ever there. The beer was nice and cold like really cold , i really appreciate that. I got the grilled chicken sandwich it was bomb nice and juicy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I l definitely recommend this place got to give him a check out they have a huge draft selection which I really appreciated it's located really close El Camino so it's not hard to find I walk there so I'm not sure about parking.

Great food, service and beer selection is top notch. Great place to watch the games.
Also beer is served in one pint glasses no matter the alcohol percentage.

This place is great for a chill atmosphere and they have great food and many beer selections. They have great burgers but my favorites here include french onion soup, the steak sandwich and the teriyaki chicken sandwich. Side salad is so good with their raspberry vinaigrette with Bleu cheese crumbles. Good bar apps too.

This restaurant has a small town feel. The menu it offers is well done and presents a wonderful variety without overwhelming you. We often eat here a couple of times when we're in the area and the staff are always pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend.

The menu maybe on the "smaller" side but the choices are GOOD. I think I have tried almost everything on their menu & I don't have any complaints. My kids love the pasta & my fave is the tuna melt.

The service is always amazing. We see the same staff when we go, which is always nice. Atmosphere is nice and there's a beautiful fireplace.

Only downfall might be parking on a Friday night but well worth it.

Great place to chill, have a beer and eat some food. We sat outside and had impossible burger. The burger was good and I added blue cheese on top. I just wish they had some special secret sauce on the burger to make it more unique. They have a big selection of beer and are on a street where you can walk into other businesses. There is a lot of parking around and behind at $1 an hour. There is also a Caltrain parking near by at $5.

Although the food and drinks were great, Shirley is getting all these 5 stars!!! What an amazing experience all thanks to her customer service and genuine friendliness. Thanks for the homie hookup on all the local spots for some traveling bridesmaids. You're amazing!!

Consistently good food, great beer and nice atmosphere. Plenty of indoor seating but outdoor patio seating in nice weather is a huge magnet for us. Parking can appear challenging when you pass by front of restaurant but extra can usually be found in back. Good place to watch your local sports teams and close to downtown area and courthouse. Staff are very friendly and outgoing.

Food selection made it so hard to choose and the zucchini fries were great. Could easily share! The service was very attentive without being pushy or over whelming. I will be stopping in here for the beer selection when I have time to waste before my commute home.

The best. Hamburgers in town I'm the best prices and quality staff. All Around the menu is quality and delicious. Also quantity is awesome for the price. Good music or Sports if you want it.

Great little spot for late night munchies and beer! Food is actually really good. If you don't do dairy be sure to be specific cause they do pit it on there fries and other products. Not an issue but being vegan got to be sure you tell them and they will adjust. But big portions and tatsy!

Excellent food for a pub! Love their Baja chicken dish, Caribbean chicken salad, and pub burger with bacon and cheese. Their fries are good. House salad dressing is tasty. No gluten free beer (sad for me), but they have blackthorn cider, which I like. Great place to hang out with a group. Open later than most places to eat good food in Redwood City.

The kobe burger is fantastic. Slightly pricey food but the beers are cheap as hell, I don't know where else in the bay area you can find a sculpin for $5 at a bar. All the staff have been there for a long time and are awesome people

This is the most dependable craft beer pub with good food in the mid-Peninsula. Menu is a little limited but all good, especially the salads, burgers, and appetizers. 24 taps, mostly Norcal and mostly independent breweries, several rotating every day. Wine and cider too, no liquor. Kids welcome and sidewalk dining too. Worthwhile.

Many, many visits here for both lunch and dinner. Great, ever-changing selections of beers on tap along with almost a dozen wines on tap (yes, on tap... meaning never skunked). The pub salad with skirt steak and the pub burger are my go-to selections; but the tortellini is a sleeper (insider tip, ask for it with the Bolognese instead of Alfredo).

The staff is always having fun at work, which tends to make your visit feel better. They also know their beers, so don't be afraid to ask questions about their offerings.

Simple pub food plus some good sandwhiches and salads. But the real reason to come here is the good beer selection on tap. My go-to for good IPAs, and I've found some good stuff on the guest menu that have since become permanent fixtures.

Cold beer, solid burgers, good service, and outdoor seating - what more could one want on one of these beautiful Friday afternoons in Redwood City.

Basic grilled food, and a large selection of beers, with widescreen TVs. Spacious indoors or out on the street/patio. Parking around back, where there is a back entrance. Service is very good.
