Needed to return gold bangles I ordered online but did not want to risk shipping them back. Nice sunny day, so decided to drive to their Palo Alto store. As soon as I entered staff greeted warmly without being too solicitous. The ladies at the fine jewelry section processed the return without the slightest bit of hassle eg without asking why. Smooth and efficient transaction.

Ask for Tyler in the ladies shoe department. Found the most comfortable and cool boots on the planet. Overall, this particular Neiman Marcus is one of the best. All the employees are willing to help you find the item you're looking for.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Martov. It was such a terrible shopping experience through Neiman Marcus. My order was delivered wrong 3 times in a row. It Took me more than a month to pick up my order. Without Martov, I might still be sitting at home speaking with customer service. I appreciate Martov and the team behind him. He literally took all the responsibility for those Online services team and their carelessness. Martov’s help was very significant and has made a positive impact in my experience shopping with Neiman Marcus. Martov deserves a better position than what he has now. With that power and ability, you’ll be able to give more assistance and positive shopping experience to customers effectively and efficiently.

Great service, atmosphere. But most importantly the food was excellent, the menu has changed slightly no longer is the lobster roll available outside of that, first rate across the board.

I wish I could give more stars for the exceptional service I received today! Sometimes it can be daunting to go into a department store as you can often encounter snooty associates who make you feel less than or out of place. This was definitely not the case today!

Joseph from salon shoes was extremely friendly and patient while I tried on louboutins in each of the different color options. When I was having difficulty figuring out which color to go for, his opinion was extremely helpful! Thank you Joseph for helping me find the perfect pair of loubies for the fall!

When I moved on to handbags, Dolores was also extremely friendly, patient, and attentive while I tried to way my options between two different colored YSL bags. When I asked if a different color combination was available (black with gold hardware) she said it was not currently in store, but she would be more than happy to order it. I ended up going with one of the styles I found in store, and really appreciated her patience as we tried to pull up my new NM credit card account. I used to work at Nordstroms and know firsthand how many sales associates can rush the checkout process so they can move on to the next customer and make more $. This was definitely not the case and I felt like a valued client.

The sweet woman in the mint blazer (I believe she was the manager on duty) was also phenomenal!

Overall, I think I'll be converting from Nordstroms to Neimans. This was truly a 10/10 experience

If you have high end tastes or want to pick up high end gifts, this is one of the best places to go. Lots of luxury brands and some affordable items mixed in. All of the displays are kept tidy and clean. Staff aren't overeager but are always ready if you need them. Really enjoyed spending time here if only to browse

Leonard in the Men’s department went over and beyond to assistant and accommodate me despite the challenges he was faced with being short staffed. I strong recommend you shop with him because he’s very passionate and enthusiastic in his work place. He managed several situations with easy and delegated his work load. I worked in luxury retail as a store manager for several years and would love someone with his work ethic and attitude. I will specifically be requesting his services when I shop in the Palo Alto location.

I just recently started shopping at the store in Stanford shopping Center. On a recent visit I had to return a few items. Just as I entered the store, Julie in handbags saw in my eyes that I needed assistance and ushered me to her register. She took care of my return quickly, painlessly, and with the best attitude. Great customer service!

I had the best shopping experience here today. I was looking for a particular perfume and I encountered Patrick G. in the fragrance area. He was so kind and helpful, I can't wait to go back . He is top notch you all are very lucky to have someone like him in your store!

Well.. the only reason I went there that day was to visit the cafe. It is, of course, not as fancy as the Rotunda in San Francisco, but they give you a complimentary brioche and consome which makes the whole difference. Don't miss this place!
