It was sooooo delicious!!! The (garlic) bread was a hit..to dip into the entree. The green looking dish was simply Spinach sauce with chicken called Chicken Saag. Then the red sauce is tomatoe sauce base chicken Curry. You get large fulfilling meals.

Our favorite spot. We even celebrated Valentine's Day there. The food is amazing, and I usually order the butter chicken masala. Their combo meal for 2 offers excellent value. Moreover, they serve fantastic cocktails at affordable prices. We want to bring all of our friends here!

Loved the layout of the restaurant. Waiters are super joyful and kind. Food was delicious and to my family and I’s standards. I recommend the garlic nan, super yummy! Recommend 💯

Best Indian food in the Peninsula!

Been living in the Bay Area for 20+ years and I can hands down say Sugandh is up there as the top Indian restaurant in the bay!! for everyone in north bay you don’t have to travel to South Bay for good quality Indian food, go to Sugandh! Amazingly fresh, extremely delicious, excellent quality and the staff are amazing people!!

Great hidden casual India food spot where the booths are large and spread out but intimate. Very close to SFO, 5 minutes by car, so an excellent place to wait for a friend's plane to arrive before picking them up or when they arrive. WiFi also.

This place is one of my go-to Indian restaurants that offers great value and service without the wait and thrill. It's nothing fancy, and the inside might not be the newest looking, but their food is always consistent and good quality. There are lots of options on the menu, and I've tried a good amount of their dishes. Their lamb shank is juicy and tender, where the meat falls off the bone and slow cooked for 6+hrs that kind of deal. The curry is rich and flavorful, but sometimes the chicken or lamb is a bit dry. The naan comes with many flavors, and I recommend getting the garlic one instead of just butter because they're pretty much the same, but with garlic on top. The basmati rice was cooked properly and fresh. The seasoning covered each piece of rice and just the right amount of spicy. You can adjust how spicy you want, and some dishes are spicier than others even at the same level.

The service was quick, and the food was brought out in a timely manner. There are large tables to accommodate a party of 6+ in the center and mostly booths for 4 around the walls. Street parking is available, and it's not hard to find a spot. They also have a bar inside the restaurant.

I would recommend this place for a more chill family or friends gathering because the inside has more of a family vibe and on the quiet side. The food is great, and you can get quite full for under $60 with 4 people.

Best Indian food I've had in my entire life (visiting as an Indian living in New Zealand), the spiciness was spot on for both Medium and Spicy levels.

Plenty of options to cater for meat eaters and vegetarians. Orded the vegetarian biryani and it was exceptional, the heat was perfect with Medium and didn't overpower the dish.

We also ordered the Chicken and Lamb Bohti Tandoori appetizer and Lamb Seekh Kebabs. I didn't expect them to come out on a cast iron sizzler and with huge chunks of chicken, lamb and Seekh kebab .

Thank you for the extremely delicious meal. Sugandh deserves more than 5 stars.

Next time I come to the U.S. this is definitely on the list for places to go.

We just landed at SFO and were looking for food while we hoped the traffic to die down on our way East to home. SO GLAD WE DID! The food, the kindness and the vibe we just right.

We saved about 45 minutes by waiting here in traffic to die down. It was great for our one and a half-year-old and my wife and I. Staff was very kind and gracious to our family.

We run a rafting company near Yosemite, and would love to partner with this restaurant to make an Indian Food themed trip.

We got the sang panner, garlic nann, chicken, tikka masala, and the vegetable byranni. Yum Yum Yum!

Delicious food and excellent service.
Came here for a very late lunch around 3:30pm on a Sunday. They were open!
Food arrived promptly and every dish was very flavorful. It was nice that they were able to make it so flavorful but not heavy at all.
Waiter checked on us several times to refill water and ask if everything was ok.

Very good food, nicely seasoned, not overly fatty or creamy, and their gluten free Naan is amazing. I will def come back. Thank you for being wonderful.

Tasty Indian food. Great service. I visited my friend in San Francisco during thanksgiving. We were looking to go to an Indian restaurant for lunch but it was quite late around 2 pm. Google search brought up this restaurant which was at walking distance. We decided to take a chance and check it out. We were quite satisfied with the food and the service. They were also patient and waited for us to finish up though it was past their closing time for the morning hours.

Friendly service and super delicious food! I had the garlic naan bread and the aloo gobi and it was super flavorful and the perfect amount of food! I definitely want to return to try more things :)

Quite near to SFO airport. Authentic India cuisine with lots of good starters including momos. Outdoor sitting is also available.

Pleasant, culturally correct, comfortable atmosphere. Take out quick, polite, hot. Flavorful food, what more can you ask.

Came for lunch in a large family group of 13. We had butter chicken, chana palak, paneer sizzler, kashmiri chicken and tandoori salmon which we devoured quicky.

Food was good. My car window was broken on 25th September2023, while the car was parked outside the restaurant. All my belongings including passport, laptops are stolen. Please make sure not to leave any belongings in the car,before you leave.

My mom and I are in Cali visiting my sister. We're all vegetarian and knew Indian food would be a great new experience for my mother who likes spicy foods. We ordered samosas, veggie biryani, saag paneer, chana masala, basmati rice and garlic naan....it was smelling so good none of us took pics of our plates when we made it back to our hotel! But there is a pic of our empty plates, lol!
My mom was thoroughly pleased with the heat of the food! She told the man who took our order that she wanted to feel the heat in her ears and her chest and that is just what happened, lol. He was also very helpful about making sure we were safe as we were out and about late in the evening. We would definitely love a chance to dine-in when the world opens back up.😀

Delicious Indian food, including lots of vegetarian options. Most of the dishes are $10-13, which is a pretty reasonable price for what you get. The service was friendly and fast.
There's also a full bar with a lot of original cocktails.
