I called this establishment to inquire about food equipment and asked to speak with a salesperson. A gentleman with a heavy accent answered and told me he could give me the info and I promptly asked him if they have a showroom in Northern California. He then asked me some questions about my business. After I answered his questions he sounded annoyed with me and told me that his equipment was not for my type of business and should look elsewhere, and I found myself trying to persuade this gentleman to sell me his equipment instead of him singing the praises of his equipment and how it could help me achieve my goals. This gentleman is terrible at sales and should stay away in the warehouse where he doesn't have any contact with customers because all he does is alienate them.
