What stood out most of my experience lasting over several months is the attention and follow-through exhibited by Gary. From my first inquiry, even without a purchase history, Gary has shown a level of respect and attentiveness to my requests and asks. Ultimately, with Gary’s help to research and take immediate action, we managed to successfully place a just-in-time special order to secure my sought after timepiece. This experience has also secured a client for the future.

I have been looking at the Vacheron Constantin Fifty Six for a little while. Couple weeks ago, I went to CH Premier to check out and tried their watches. They have quite a few available. My salesman Gary is very knowledgeable about watches and he is also a watch enthusiast. He took his time showing and explaining those watches inside and out. The whole process was enjoyable and he was not pushy at all. I end up bought not only the Fifty Six I was looking at, but also the Historiques.
Gary knows watches even outside the brands they carry. He is the go to guy when it comes to watches. Highly recommended!

My wife, my dog and I stopped in as we wandered Stanford Shopping Center. I had a pretty simple question: what's it cost to get into Omega watches? 19 years ago, my wife bought me an entry level Seamster in stainless steel. I think it was $1500. Besides learning that there is no Omega at that price point anymore, I spent 30 min + looking at some amazing watches. The sales woman knew I wasn't going to buy, but still took the time to show me, and let me handle, watches from about $8k to a high of $16.5k. While I think one might be able to buy most of a city block in Detroit for that price, and paying more than 2 times the cost of the last three used cars I'd purchased combined for that one piece, she knew what she was doing. She was planting seeds. Maybe they'd grow, maybe not.
My last job was as a COO of an Ai start up. If it'd made it to Series A with me still at the helm, sure, I'd have bought myself a nice way to expensive watch. It would have cost less than the rounding error on my new found wealth. Sadly, it's not gonna pan out, so no sale today.
But who knows, the next job might, and the seed may grow. If it does, I'll be back. And it won't be to just browse.

TLDR: Great customer service and they treat you like a person won’t interest, rather than a commission wage.

Great experience! I have been in a few times bought my Longines Spirit here. One of the people there I have talked to and he never pushes the products. Today I went in and browsed some GS and Longines. We talked about some releases GS was coming out with and their fantastic pieces. Definitely going to purchase from here again. Last purchase the watch had a defect but I took it in to them under its warranty, they stayed connected with every few weeks and updated me. Came back with the movement running perfectly.

Good choice of high end watches.

I called in to ask if I can come in for a battery change of my grand seiko. I know for a fact that it takes 5 minutes to do so but the jeweler from theother CH in Valley Fair mall is on vacation and I thought I will give this location a try.

The lady on the phone told me that they would have to send it in to manufacturing and it would take about three months… not sure why, she couldn’t explain herself properly when I pointed out my 5 minutes experience mentioned above 👆

They had the watch I wanted at a good price. But I needed a link removed from the bracelet. Drove 20 + miles and found out they aren't open on Wednesday. Except the website says they're open and the hours aren't posted at the store. Would it kill them to provide accurate information? Not recommended.

Came in on Valentine's weekend with my partner. The sales woman showed us two sets of earrings before rudely stating "hold on, a customer just came into the store" and walked off to help them, leaving us at the jewelry counter with no assistance. Earlier during our visit, I asked about a Carrera in the display. The saleswoman insisted it was a Heuer 01. I asked to see the movement - it was a Calibre 16. They might not be watch experts, but at least they have poor customer service 🤷🏼‍♂

My husband is an avid collector and was looking for a watch more on the rare side. I was hoping they may have this model as they claim to have a great selection of VCs. Not only did they not have this watch (forgivable of course), but they treated me with a severe lack of professionalism. I then was going to look for an omega as I’ve always worn Breitling, still was extremely in helpful and even if I found the perfect watch I would never order from them.

Truly a terrible experience. I asked to see a Vacheron Constantine fifty six moon phase and they treated me like an idiot. Of course I know a steel version is hard to come by nonetheless they all but asked me to leave. Truly terrible customer service. Far too many options to purchase a watch to deal with their unprofessionalism.
