I got Balayage hair color done from this salon and they did a tremendous job. Elena asked for my preference and explained the process really well. She was able to exactly replicate the look I wanted. I valued her recommendations as she is a well experienced professional. She did a great job. Her daughter Sahar assisted and made amazing curls (see my picture :)). She was extremely sweet and polite. It was delightful to see mother and daughter working together. They are fun. Although they more of look like sisters :). The salon is beautiful, clean and they had great equipments. The Christmas tree was a cherry on the top. The location is really prime as it’s located in Palo Alto downtown next to the Apple Store. It’s at 30 second walk from 2 parking lots. The garage has 3 hour free parking and the open parking is free for 2 hours (Mon - Friday) until 5 pm. Overall a great experience and I would definitely go back to this salon! Feeling pampered! :)

Walking into the salon you are always greeted extremely warmly, making you feel right at home.
Elena Butte is the best colorist in the Bay Area, in my opinion. She listens and offers advice, which is always fantastic! Her daughter, Sahar, works with her as well and is fantastic also. The salon itself is beautiful and utilizes the best products. If you do buy products from this business, rest assured that you are not being overcharged, as is the case in other salons.

I really like Salon Millennium in Palo Alto. I am their loyal client and I am going to continue coming to them. Elena (the salon owner) is amazing. I really like hair cut, color and blow dry services she provides for me. She is very client oriented. She always listens what client wants, and doing her best to make the Clients happy. Her daughters are amazing as well. Sahar is doing my keratin and it is awesome! I highly recommend this salon where you can get a luxury treatment from highly qualified, client-oriented and warm-hearted professionals. Come there and you will look as a Hollywood Star after their fantastic services.

Wouldn't go anywhere else to get my hair done. Elena is pure magic with highlights/color. She is FAST! I have heavy highlighted hair. Elena highlights and cuts my hair in about 90 minutes and it's perfect every single time and extremely reasonably priced. The salon is clean and beautifully decorated. Parking can be challenging - Laurel Street is generally very busy.

They did an excellent job on my hair! After over a year of not doing much to my hair (due to Covid) my old brassy highlights and huge roots where in desperate need of color correction.
