I purchased my first Rolex from Shreve & Co. with Thor, the store manager and the experience was nothing less than 5 stars. The reasonable wait only made my hunt that much more enjoyable. I was surprised and totally excited to get a call from Thor and I went in on my next day off. Thor presented the timepiece in such a professional and beautiful way, told me some facts I didn’t know and shared some knowledge on the legacy of the design before sizing the watch perfectly for me. All in all, I won’t look to purchase from any one else and I look forward to calling again soon for all things watches.

Top notch customer service by the staff in this store. I went in (without appointment) and was warmly greeted by Miguel despite him being busy with another customer. He then introduced me to Eric, another great representative who patiently showed me the different watches I am interested in, shared his valuable opinions, and answered the long list of questions I have. His advices help me solidify which watch I ended up selecting, and I felt very comfortable the whole time. Strongly recommend this shop!

Had the pleasure of checking out this jewelry store / authorized Rolex while shopping for a suit for my brother's up coming wedding. The moment I walked in, I was immediately welcomed and offered water, which was nice! I was taken care of by Miguel, who took 20-30 mins to talk about the watch that I wanted.

I have been a customer of Shreve and Company since the middle 1980s. I have always loved what Shreve has to offer as well as the service they provide for purchases past and present.

I've been working with Miguel for about half a year. We clicked after he helped my boyfriend purchase his first Rolex (an oystersteel datejust 41). I've been to many Rolex boutiques across the world and bought watches from various locations but Miguel really goes above and beyond with customer service. Miguel doesn't only make us feel like cherished clients but his kindness makes us feel like we're close friends. My boyfriend and I love to stop by Shreve not just to admire the products but also to have a nice chat with Miguel and the rest of the staff. Purchasing a Rolex is difficult nowadays. It's rare to purchase your dream watch the day of and some patients is required; but I feel like Miguel and the team at Shreve truly do their best to accommodate every client that walks in. If you choose to stop by the store, even if they don't have the model you're looking for, the staff here are truly wonderful people who will appreciate your time.

I recently visited this location and had an amazing all around experience.

Truthfully, this was my first time going into a proper jewelry store and I was nervous about how my experience would be but the team was very accommodating, knowledgeable and personable.

Brandon helped me book my appointment to come in and Erik was a wealth of information, guiding me through my first time watch hunting.

It is experiences like this that truly make someone feel special and rewarding.

I had a great shopping experience at Shreve, and it was excellent working with Craig. He helped me acquire a hard-to-find watch, made feel at ease and was patient with me through my decision making. I ended up loving the purchase and the watch hasn’t left my wrist since.

I’ve shopped at many ADs in the Bay Area and this one by far offers the most pleasant experience. Everyone has a great attitude and welcomes you regardless of whether you’re just exploring or already a serious collector.

We visited Shreve for the first time to try on a couple of models, and were delightfully surprised to see an Oyster Perpetual available (first Rolex for my wife)!
