Foster City Medical Center - Primary Care Urgent Care & Allergy

My complaints were heard and addressed, treatment and prescription to pharmacy sent right away, wheras I am a regular patient at PAMFwhere I was not treated appropriately. After one week PAMF was not able to fix my severe ear infection but Foster City Medical did. Thank you Dr. Rajan Dave especially before the weekend.

Dr. Dave and his assistant showed care and concern for my health. I am pleased with their medical and insurance knowledge. I’m so satisfied, I’m considering switching my husband’s medical care to Dr. Dave’s care.

Jennifer is always professional and caring each time I've seen her. She listens to my concerns and instructs follow ups to further investigate my issues and proper treatment(s).

I had a great experience with Dr. Amanda Leigh Howard. She was attentive and listened to all my needs. She was caring and had great bedside manners. I walked in anxious about my health concerns but left feeling confident that I’m in the right hands and will be cared for. All of the staff were also very patient, helpful, and courteous. I was blown away by their level of professionalism and friendliness. (Would highly recommended this office! )

Dr. Howard was thorough in her examination, explanation of my lab results, and in answering my questions.

The chairs at the receptionist station are very old and worn. Not only does this present a bad appearance, they probably do not give staff Proper ergonomic support. They should be replaced immediately.

Amazing service! Dr. Howard helped my 2 daughters with an allergen test after they kept breaking out with hives. She helped me with a solution and neither of them have had it since! Thank you Dr. Howard for your knowledge and wisdom in this field.

Dr Tam has been my doctor for more than 10 years. He has been thorough, thoughtful and maintains a sense of levity even in the most stressful time.

Dr. Howard is a favorite of mine, she can make you feel comfortable no matter how long it has been and you never feel rushed. Video non urgent visits are great. You get answers and it saves time.

My visit to Foster City Medical Center was the epitome of courtesy and efficiency. It was by far my best experience at a doctor's office. Jennifer, the Nurse Practioner, is excellent. Extremely polite and thorough.

I came in with urgent care when my right ear closed up. None of the staff or doctors new me, but they treated me as a prized patient. Within an hour I could hear again perfectly.

Dr Amanda Howard was very casual, polite, and receptive to the patient’s perspective. Her front office receptionists and staff were also very welcoming!

I always receive excellent care from Dr. Howard for any routine issues e.g. yearly medical, allergies etc.
I also have some unique medical issues related to an autoimmune disease and she has been stellar in helping me to find a diagnosis and the best treatments possible. Dr. Howard really cares about her patients and I appreciate how much time and effort she has dedicated to my particular concerns.
Her staff is always helpful and supportive too.
Once when Dr. Howard was away, I saw Dr. Tam and I had a great appointment with him. He spent time getting to know me and my health history. Thank you Foster City Medical!!

Myself and my family went to Dr.Tam for the immigration health checkup recently for Green Card processing. It was overall a smooth process. Dr. Tam explained us the process in detail and did the physicals. All lab work was easily done since they recommend to go to Quest Diagnostics in the same building. Had to go couple of times to fix minor issues in the paperwork that came up as part of review done by the doctor's office and to update vaccination records. All the paperwork was done well before the ETA the office gave us. I would recommend Foster City Medical Center for Immigration based health checks.

I was feeling really sick while I was at my office. My regular doctor is based out of Danville, CA. I called up Foster City Medical center and the receptionist was very kind and she gave me an appointment immediately. I met Dr Dave and he was so nice to spend time and do all the necessary tests.
I was diagnosed with Strep and was given a prescription for antibiotics.
The best part was that I was called after a week from the doctor's office which I never experienced before from any doctor before. This is a medical practice that truly cares for its patients.

my doctor is great , the only thing is sometimes the office does not answer the phone . It would be ok , if the patients can leave a message.
