loved my haircut by Ivanna. she checked with me a couple of times before cutting my hair short to make sure i'll be okay with the new length. she took her time trimming the dry parts of my hair and i didnt feel that she rushed through the process. we'll be coming here again

Just discovered this place, and Im impressed! Julie helped me, we started with some pics I had, and she took the time to ask me what I wanted. Even during the haircut, she was checking with me and made sure she cut my hair exactly as I wanted it. As a bonus, both and Tracy were very fun to talk to. I'll definitely be coming back!

This was my first time at the salon. I called on a late Monday afternoon and I urgently needed a cut for a work meeting on Tuesday. Tracy was able to schedule me for 7pm same evening. I have to say I was totally impressed by the quality of the cut and the service I received. I have been trying so many different salons in the area but I have to admit this was one of the best cuts I received. Tracy pays great attention to detail andy cut was so neatly and beautifully done! I looked super professional for my meeting.

This was my first time at like! Julie Lam was very good. She listened to me attentively when I gave her instructions on how I wanted my hair cut. She then proceeded by stages, checking at every step if I was OK with what she was doing. I came out with a lovely short hair cut and I am delighted!

Tracy is an amazing hairstylist and really knows how to style Asian hair. She's courteous and timely and did a perfect job on my hair. She also owns her business so you're supporting a small business. I've been searching for a stylist that can work with my hair and Tracy is perfect. Highly recommend.

Finding a place to get a haircut during this pandemic has been a struggle for everyone. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that this salon was open so I decided to give it a shot. All I can say is that this place deserves more recognition as the quality of the haircuts given by Tracy is outstanding. It exceeded my expectations and I am more than positive I will visit this place again in a few weeks

Anyway, I made an appointment with Tracy through the salon's website, which was relatively simple. For those of you who are coming from far away, you should be able to find free parking without any issues, as there is a parking lot right next to the salon.

When I got there, at first I thought they were going to be doing the haircuts in the outdoors, but instead, what they are doing is just letting one person in at once. Everything was really clean (as seen from the picture attached) and I did not find any issues since you're required to wear a mask as well as whoever is performing the haircut.

Tracy was attentive and she even took her time to do a good job with my haircut. Nothing felt rushed and after all, I am very happy with the final result. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking to get a good haircut during these tough times.

I've been Tracy's client for about 3 years now. Haircuts are a very personal thing & I've always had a hard time finding someone who can give me the same look, that I like, consistently while also being convenient, supportive, and good to work with.

Tracy is all of these things. She works fast, is super helpful/supportive and is really consistent. I'm not the only regular she has; so it can't just be my luck.

It took me awhile to find a decent hair salon/barber after moving to Palo Alto (not everyone knows what to do with curly hair), but I'm so glad I found like!. Tracy is the best hairstylist I have ever had! I honestly don't know what I am going to do when I leave the Palo Alto area. I cannot recommend her enough. Even when I didn't know the exact haircut I wanted, she worked with me and always ended up giving the perfect cut. The venue she has is wonderful and very comfortable.
