Dr Arias is one of the best doctors I have had the pleasure of working with. She is very caring towards her patients and demonstrates excellent bedside manners. She makes sure her patients and their family members understand what is going on and what the plan of care is and allows them to feel like a human being and not just any other patient. I really wish that she would see patients in a clinic and not just the hospital, because I would love for her to be my doctor.

😊 Dr. Arias is a phenomenal Doctor.
She takes the time to sit with patients and families and explain current test findings and plan of care. She takes the time to address all patient and family concerns. She is a very caring Doctor who spends time with family face to face and comes back to do so. If she cannot, she makes sure to meet with them at their earliest time possible for both her and the family. She understands the high stress related to acute illness causing hospitalization and is very empathetic.
There are times when the previous person left uncertain explanations leaving the family with high stress and she comes in to explain the process and alleviate their fears but is left with a negative outlook based on the previous interactions.
I hope we can all agree that Dr. Arias is a Wonderful Doctor who makes the hospitalization a better experience.

Dr. Arias is wonderful with her patients. She spends quality time listening to her patients and their family concerns allowing them to participate in her care. Her being open to communication brings about the best possible treatment and outcome for her patients. Overall, patients receive holistic care under Dr. Arias.

Dr. Arias is one of the most caring doctor, very empathetic, listens to patient and families concerns and works very hard to get them taken care of and address concerns timely fashion.
Bedside manner is superb 👍🏻👍🏻. I highly recommend her to any of my families and friends. A Doctor with big ❤ and very caring

This is the first hospitalist I have ever encountered that listened to the wishes of their patient first. She was gentle, sympathetic, communicated clearly, did not rush (us or the process), and had a pragmatic approach to a reasonable treatment plan. Our entire family was awed by her and will remain forever grateful for her support. I've never posted a Google or Yelp review before but felt that this doctor deserved to be acknowledged publicly. I am baffled by previous reviews that couldn't be more opposite than our experience in 10/23

Beware! Our experience with Dr. Arias couldn't have been worse. She was sarcastic, egocentric, and dishonest. She has no interest in listening to the patient/family. She started IV infusion medication without any discussion with the family. (English is the patients 2nd language) Our family member had no idea they were on the iv medication. When we questioned the potential risk vs reward involved with the treatment protocol, (12.5% mortality rate within 28 days of treatment) she gave us false information, exaggerated his condition, lied about test results and told us that the medical directive wasn't adequate to deny the treatment. Once her rounds were completed and a new doctor was assigned they discontinued the treatment without question. This doctor is very dangerous and we will be reporting her to the hospital and the AMA.
Side note: We were not shocked to read her only other review in 17 years as a nearly identical experience.
