I recently booked a trip through Fly World Class Travel Agency, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The team here was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the booking process with ease.

I appreciate their attention to detail and their ability to create a seamless travel experience. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free trip. Thanks to Omar and Phil and Turkish Airlines for a memorable travel experience! Definitely using this business for every trip going forward.

Christy and Viola at Fly World Class are absolutely AMAZING! I missed my return flight from Guangzhou to Taipei and was totally stuck... I thought I would lose my tickets altogether, on top of being delayed for who knows how long, but these two gals worked diligently to put me on the next flight out with only a few fees to pay instead of having to purchase new tickets. I was sooo relieved and thankful. Thank you, Christy and Viola!! I will definitely stick with Fly World Class for future flights!

My flights were perfect. There were some questions about frequent flyer miles. These questions were taken care of.

Wanted our flight from Manila, Philippines to San Francisco, California. (June 2023) Tried to do my homework to get actual traveler feedback on World Class Travel. Most were complimentary. For the most part, the agent did help me secure tickets eventually, though some things were a little puzzling to me.
With that said, I just need to express my surprise and honestly, disappointment about the actual ticket purchase. I knew they were “discounted tickets”, but agent not 100% ‘upfront’ with me. Several occasions, I specifically asked about getting at least some mileage credit for this long trip.(As Singapore Air is also part of STAR ALLIANCE)
He kept mentioning that it was something with the Airline, for some reason they wouldn’t allow it on some discounted tickets. At no time did you ever honestly tell me the reason was because he bought them WITH MILES. Only after digging into the facts directly from the Airlines did I learn the truth!
NOW, of course, it clear why the Airline was not willing to give even partial mileage points. Basically, he (the Agency) got my money, and used miles he(or You) have accumulated to “pay” for the tickets. Its clever, but not 100% honest with me. It really would have been nice to know this from the beginning. Certainly the cost to “use miles” was no where near the cost I was charged. I understand, you are, of course in business to make a profit. But this surely must have been a “Windfall” for David and/or your Agency. Not sure if it would have made me seriously consider other options, but it might have. At any rate, the ‘transparency’ is valuable for future trust. It is very disappointing from a customer’s standpoint when mileage & travel points for such a long haul are non-existent. (For reasons that were not disclosed)
Sorry, I just have to tell you straight how I feel.
Personally, It feels slightly ‘shady’.

I booked a flight the end of March to fly to Mexico in November. It started as a first class flight but I got a call back saying the first class wasn’t available but “comfort plus” was and that it included the following
Reserved seats
No baggage fees
More legroom
More reclining
Dedicated overhead bin
Free drinks/meals and upgraded snacks and drinks
The first confirmation I received was for an economy seat. I found this out when I couldn’t reserve a seat. I emailed Rob LaFuente ( my sales rep), no response. I phoned him, no response. I called the number on their website and finally got to talk to Rob. He said it was an error and would get it corrected. I received a confirmation for “comfort plus”.
I looked up “comfort plus” on Delta’s site and saw a charge of $40.00 for each luggage. Again I tried emailing and phoning and no response from Rob until I contacted the number on the website. Rob said he would get in touch with Delta and call me back. No call back so again I had to call the website phone #. I was told Rob was on a call and would phone me back in 5 minutes. That was 3 hours ago.
I will never use this company again. I will not recommend this company. If there was lower than 1 star rating, they would get it.
DO NOT use this company. It is not worth it!
I could have gotten the same price booking directly with Delta.

I had an unfortunate experience. I love to post positive reviews on every experience I have had with any company. But yesterday, I went online and asked for a quote. I immediately received an email from a
Zoey Nelson so I called her immediately as I really needed to book this flight that night. So I called her around 3:30ish pm but her line's voice mail is already full so I called their office number. To my surprise she was the one who picked up. So, have told her that I was shopping around for a Business Class tickets for February 2019. Having to know that Feb is not a peak season, I knew that the tickets are a bit lower than when it is peak season. She was polite excusing herself as when she picked up my call her other line rang and it was one of her clients, she told me she will call me back in 10-20 mins which she. So, when we talked, she asked me if I already got a quote from another agent and I said yes but since I wanted to see if she could offer me a lower price. And she did tell me that she will call the airlines and see if she can get the tickets lower than I was already quoted. I expressed my desire to book these tickets that night as I know the closer we get to the departure date, the higher the tickets can get. And she said she will definitely call me back. 2hours rolled around, I received a text saying "thank you very much"...I replied and asked her if there was any news about our tickets. She replied back "I just texted you'. And I wondered what that meant. Did she mean she just texted to see if that was really me, or did she text me the tickets info. So I replied back "I got the thank you very much text, but there is no link or attachment " about the tickets. No response. I emailed her last night since I really want to book the ticket, NO RESPONSE at all. So, I went ahead and booked the ticket with someone else. I am disappointed as I have read reviews on her and she was awesome according to those people. Maybe she got busy, or just did not have her A-game. I will give it a 3 stars as she was polite with me.
