Samsung Experience Store

I visited the store to fix my Samsung phone. You would need to book an appointment with the technician to get the phone fixed. You can try to walk in in case of any cancellations.

The appointment was quick and didn't take much of my time to get the phone fixed.

I visited on a weekday ( Wednesday) and it was tough to find parking.

Now, I've been a loyal Samsung customer for ages. I've gone through a bunch of their phones, including the Fold 4 (which, by the way, is a total game-changer). It's nice to see a store that's as committed to Samsung as I am.

And let's not forget the atmosphere – it's got that comfy vibe. You know, the kind that makes you want to hang around and play with all the gadgets even if you're not planning to buy anything (but who are we kidding, you'll probably leave with something awesome).

My husband purchased his phone online and we picked up in the store. All this process went smoothly. All the staff were kind and attentive. Also, I want to thank Alex for offering to put screen protector in our brand new phone and making it look perfect. You are the best.

Absolutely amazing experience. Friendly, helpful, caring and fast service. I'd been dealing with an issue online for almost a month, getting the run around from the csll center, and these wonderful people fixed my issue in 5 months. Was 1000% worth the drive out of my way. 10/10 recommend and will use again!

I recently visited the palo alto samsung store to have some headphones verified. The moment I walked in the staff was very personable and welcoming. Richard, G.V. and Heliberto were super helpful with all my questions. I would gladly come back and recommend this location.

Very nice store, and all the Samsung devices are laid out on display, so you can pick them up and get a feel for the device before you purchase. The staff was professional and very knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure to drive the 45 minutes there to pick up my new Galaxy watch 6.

I've been a long-time Samsung customer. Have a Z Fold 4, and the motherboard crapped out. Brought it in for warranty repair, and it was surprisingly easy. "Rich" was really friendly and very accommodating. Unfortunately, they did not have the motherboard in stock, but Rich went out of his way to assist. Placed an order for the following week. Then "Mike" gave me a call stating the delivery was delayed by a few days and didn't want me to drive back to the store for nothing. It was disappointing, but I appreciate him giving me an update. I called "Rich" a few days later and he told me it arrived and to come on in. Got there, and both Rich and Mike were super helpful and took about 3 hours to replace. Repair guy "GV" repaired it flawlessly and appreciated his attention to detail.

Great team and would go there again if my phone craps out again. Highly recommend

I've had previous bad experiences with this store in the past. The galaxy flip tends to crease and come off the center every 4-6 months. The first time I called to try and make an appointment, they told me I don't need one and to just walk in, insisting I don't need to make an appointment over the phone. Both times I drove 30 minutes over (it is the only store that can do screen protector replacements on the flip) and both times they told me I needed an appointment and turned me away, the second time they finally made an appointment for me while I was in store. Because of this I did not have a very good view of the store. Today I was in the area and needed the screen protector fixed again. Rich helped me out and he was so kind and patient. He helped me set up my appointment as a walk-in. He made sure I was taken care of and got my phone back on time. Overall he was really great to work with and has changed my view of this store.

The staff members I interacted with at this location (by phone & in-person) were friendly and helpful. I really appreciated their professionalism and customer service attitude. (Especially noteworthy given the bewildering failures of Samsung Support & another Authorized service center.)

One thing to keep in mind--even when Samsung Support recommends "walk-in" service, consider making an appointment, if possible, to avoid long waits.

Had great service from the time I made the phone call and when I had my appointment. Thank you Oswaldo and Fernando. Call products and you'll get Oswaldo. Look for Fernando when you get to the store, but ask the guys are great there!

Phenomenal customer service, would highly recommend everyone to come to this store. I was immediately helped when I came in. The store is very elegant and techy. Staff there is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great place to visit to see and feel the Samsung devices all at one place. One of the very few Samsung stores out there. Very nice ambiance and staff to assist.

I bought my S21 Ultra and Galaxy buds pro from this store. The customer service is very good. They welcome you so whole heartedly and even they look out for you to get the best deal possible in the market. If you could buy the product from this store, they give you amazing store credit with which you can buy any accessories in store. I got 100 dollars store credit with which I bought the galaxy buds pro. It is one of the best experience to buy a Samsung product from the store. I would really love to visit this place again for my next Samsung product. Thank you🙂

I wanted to thank the Asian worker here that took the time to show me the Galaxy Book Pro while I was obviously not interested in buying anything.

I wondered into this store just to waste some time. Most of the time, I was on my iPhone so I had the immediate "no, I'm just looking" attitude when I was approached by a worker

However, he just asked me to lift the Galaxy Book Pro. Ok fine, I picked it up and wow, it was amazingly light!

Months go by and I was getting a little tired of traveling with my 13" Macbook. I wanted a bigger screen, but hated the weight of the MacBook 15s. You guessed it. I thought back to that amazingly light 15" Galaxy Book Pro the worker took the time to show me.

Ordered it online and here it is 2 days later. Thank you so much!

Walked into the Samsung Experience store without an appointment and got my cracked Galaxy Fold 4 repaired within hours. Great service, friendly and professional staff. Basically walked out with a new phone (new frame, battery and screen) without paying penny. Thanks again to the courteous staff for going above and beyond to accommodate me!!
