I've come to this shop a few times now and I've had a great experience for every one. The crew is super friendly who, they fixed my ride up perfectly, no hidden surprises, and they treat students very well. If you're on Stanford campus, this is also the most conveniently located shop, which has made my life a lot easier for getting car repair. I definitely recommend them, especially for Stanford students.

My car started to over heat, and it died on me. Came in here, and got it fixed quickly in couple of days.

Helped me w/ diagnosis and sent me cost estimate before moving forward, answer all the questions I had, helped me navigate best to save money, and got the job done timely as they promised. Oh also, i got some discounts; extremely satisfied!

My car started making a loud sound as I was visiting Palo Alto so I stopped to get it checked out. They were very nice and replaced my breaks the same day. They stayed open late to finish the job for me. The communication was great, I would recommend this place to anyone!

Sonny was the mechanic who took care of me. He was incredibly efficient, professional, and he genuinely seemed interested in helping me make the best decision (rather than just trying to get the most money out of me!). He ran the codes of my car for free when the engine light was on, and he gave good advice about next steps, estimate prices, and checked under the hood. He ended up recommending some additional advice because I had a rodent infestation. All in all found it to be great service and really positive experience.

Amazing service. Went for an oil change, which came with a full inspection. Sonny talked me through the problems they found and gave me good advice on what I needed fixed now vs. what could wait. He and his father also helped me top off my transmission fluid after I had struggled to get it done myself, which was very kind of them. I would highly recommend Elite Auto Performance for is great customer service and reasonable pricing.

I've been taught to be wary of car repair places and have been convinced by previous shops to get repairs that were non-urgent and expensive. I am happy to report that the team at Elite Auto Performance is not only trustworthy but efficient and provides high-quality services with high-quality parts. I felt like they respected me (I'm a woman, so sometimes I don't always feel that way when in car repair places!) and gave me good information about what was necessary and optional when it came to my repair. I got a full brake job completed in less than 8 hours. A bonus is that they have student discounts! Thank you! If I ever have anything wrong with my car in the future, I'll be heading here.

I was a little concerned with the reviews being fabricated which is not the case. Michael and Sonny are exactly what other have described in their reviews. I went here for the oil change of my car and it went really smooth. It was my first time going to a service station here in the US and I had no idea how things worked but I had absolutely no trouble with anything. Both Sonny & Michael are very hardworking guys and these guys know how to treat a customer right. Definitely, a go-go.

I came in without calling ahead to get a bulb replaced and get some weird engine vibrations checked out. Sonny was able to help me on the spot and after I explained that it's my first car, was really kind to explain what was going on to me. Price was incredibly affordable, and I'll definitely be going back!

Very friendly and reassuring repairmen! They explained everything to me during my appointment candidly and in an understandable way. After checking my brakes, checking all the car's fluids, and driving it to listen to a noise I was worried about, they actually discouraged me from getting an unnecessary larger inspection because they would include it when I come back for an oil change in a month or two. I left without paying anything, feeling much more comfortable about the state of my car. This is definitely the place I'll be coming in the future!

SAVED THE DAY! Sonny and his father were fast and efficient. I had a radiator leak happen right when we were getting ready to hit the road back to Albuquerque. I called a few places and they either didn't answer or could not remedy this quickly. Sunny gave me a complete breakdown of the price of parts, including labor. He gave me a worse case scenario time frame (as long as the problem was only the radiator). He ordered the parts and had me ready to hit the road 2 hours later!!! Even was able to save me some money on the time as the job took them less time than quoted!!! Mechanic shops just don't do this! If you are ever in Albuquerque Sunny, hit me up would gladly buy you and your family dinner and a beer! Keep up the good work!

The reviews are real. These guys are helpful, professional and efficient. We recently moved to Palo Alto and were nervous to find a new car repair stop. But, my car was leaking oil after I had the VW dealer complete my 80k service and I knew it was time to find a place we could trust. I took it into Elite Auto Performance because of their amazing reviews, and hoped for the best. Luckily, the guys found the problem (a loose part) right away and fixed it fast. They gave me some other recommendations and I was on my way. I highly reccomend them if you're looking for a mechanic.

Been going here for oil changes and other car repairs for 4 years now. They are wonderful. Always felt like they were dealing with me honestly. Highly recommend if you live in escondido village (on Stanford Campus) since it is a short walk away.

I just noticed this new garage that replace the old one at this location. So I went in asked some mechanical questions and found the mechanic Micheal very knowledgeable, friendly and extreamly helpful even when I asked how I could do some repair myself. So my car failed it smog test and I showed the test to him and he gave me several options, I agreed on one and he fixed in very quickly and at a very reasonable price. And the car passed to the point that the tester at another location remarked how well tuned my car was. His son was very helpful and even drove me to and from work during my repair. A day later I had a rattle which was probably unrelated I brought it in and they offered to fix it for free. Customer service just as it should be . I would highly recommend this place.

Had "Sunny" quick help me out and was a lifesaver. The location is in back of the Valero. Outstanding work!

GREAT! Needed help with an inspection. Sunny was extremely honest and helpful. He felt I needed an auto body shop for the inspection as it wasn't a mechanical issue. I am so pleased with his honesty! I only wish I lived by his shop so I could get my cars worked on by Sunny at Elite.

I was having an issue with my BMW. They diagnosed it within minutes and recommended to take it to another shop to get it fixed as it required machine welding. Didn’t charge me a penny! This is exact opposite of what I have come to experience with auto shops. Amazing customer service.

Great auto-shop! I had issues with my battery, but wasn't sure if the alternator was involved as well. Sonny and his dad quick-checked both battery and alternator, gave some advise and did not even charged for that- real help, super friendly!

Twice I've had to get a minor, but critical repair, to my car and these guys are fast, reasonable and very friendly. A family business, father and son team are very trustworthy. A great place for the neighborhood and anyone who needs repairs large or small. They have my trust.

I've had tire changes, brake rotor and pad replacements, and oil changes here. The pricing was fair and well explained, and the service was very quick.
