We needed our roof replaced after 30 years. Our experience with Raphael and his team was exceptional. Professional, prompt and clean -the job was done in a week. I highly recommend Elm roofing if you need roof replacement.

ELM Roofing has a great reputation online, so I contacted them for a bid on a new roof installation. The price was fair, and Sean and Rafael were impressive. They lived up to the hype and did a wonderful job. We had them replace the original roof and add a slope to prevent water pooling. We are as happy as can be with this company.

This was my second time working with Rafael and ELM. I had them repair our roof a few years back. They were very transparent and said that the roof would need replacing in a couple of years, which turned out to be true. A couple of weeks ago, it started leaking from multiple areas, and I knew I needed to have it replaced. I contacted Rafael, and he came right away. He gave us an excellent price and did a great job.

Michael and his crew are amazing from the beginning. He has been completely professional and provided the most honest information the roof replacement. He has also been beyond competitive to the pricing and was always on time and in full communication during the entire process from receiving the quote until signing the contract. The roof was done quicker than expected, and did everything beyond expectation. We had a leak in our roof and needed to get it repaired as soon as possible due to the rainy season. After contacting a few companies ELM Roofing Contractors were the best for for the job. Unlike other contractors and project managers that came to look at the damage, Sean from ELM Roofing was the most honest and transparent about the work and the cost. As soon as we signed the contract they immediately began the work, his team did an amazing job with the roof replacement along with our leaking problem. The company is very professional all around, they had the best price compared to other companies, and quality of work is just great. We really felt peace of mind in hiring them to complete this job and definitely recommend them to anyone with roofing needs.

You never know if you've made the right decision when hiring a new contractor, but in this case, my decision was Right On! ELM Roofing was on time and exceeded my expectations. My room was 20 years old, and I wondered if they would be able to match the shingles, but they did, and the roof looks great. They replaced the rotted plywood and finished the repair in record time.

Great experience with ELM roofing contractors . We had an old leak in our roof that needed to be repaired. Sean came out to inspect and give us an estimate and they were able to fix 2 days later. They were very responsive and got the job done efficiently.

ELM Roofing 5 stars, good/excellent plus fast job. ELM roofing was the only company (from four in the area) which could come and replace our roof within a short time (two weeks, or so from asking for an estimate). For all other it was about three months, or even longer. The estimate was not the lowest, but somewhere in the middle. Roof shingles replacement and new gutters were done very quickly and effectively, in a high quality in just two and half days. it was a rainy week and ELM managed to complete new roof without getting wood and beams wet. My roof in Alameda needed replacing. I chose ELM of the estimate, reviews, and sincerity of the project manager. The company installed the roofing material that I had selected. Jonathan and Rafael worked with me to be sure that the structural "cool" shingle was installed properly on my old bungalow. Some restoration work was involved. This is the best roofing company in the Bay Area. We had two other companies attempt to repair a leak in our roof, but the leak persisted. We gave up and decided to have the roof replaced. I called ELM and met with Michael, and he was confident that ELM could fix the leak, we decided to give it another go. Michael was incredible. It has been 2 months since the repair, and the leak has completely disappeared! These guys truly know their craft.

I recently hired ELM Roofing for a repair on our roof, which is at its mid-life stage. They fixed the leak and performed some additional maintenance. I'm pleased to have found this company, they are affordable and professional.
