I Fly Business

Iflybusiness got me the best deal and nonstop flight to Paris from LAX! They beat the other travel agencies I talked to by 1000$ for business class seat! I've already told all my family and friends. Great service and beats the competition!

Awful customer service! I contacted them, gave them all my info for a business class flight to southeast Asia. The gal said someone would get back to with a quote within 24-48 hours. Five days later, no quote. I called again, they confirmed that they has all my info, and that they would expedite my request. Another 5 days have passed, still no word. Most other companies have gotten back to me within a few hours up to 24 hours. Find another company to deal with!!

Paid for a flight,... they didn't purchase the ticket and then tried to charge me an extra 33% when the price went up. if they bought the ticket when they got my money, then that wouldn't have happened. Useless. Terrible service.
