Ocean Yoga & Massage

I love all the classes I've taken. They are very welcoming and non-judgmental. The studio itself is friendly, warm, and cozy as opposed to some of the larger more business like studios I've experienced. A great Yoga Home.

The lovely ladies at the front the desk are all super sweet & chill. David Rios is the perfect instructor for me and I will definitely reccomend him to anyone who is hesitant to try yoga for the first time.His gentle, welcoming, and inspiring guidance will help you to feel right at home so you can open up and heal , layer by layer.

I love Ocean Yoga. I take the restorative yoga class. Both David and Tracey are amazing. They create a welcoming and no-pressure atmosphere — I feel thoroughly cared-for and at the end I feel totally empowered and restored. Lisa is the best massage therapist — the hot stones and her skilled hands plus chill vibes make it such a great experience. The atmosphere and the staff at Ocean Yoga make you happy you walked in the door! And booking a class online is so easy.

The most welcoming and inclusive yoga studio I have ever been to. A strong focus on holistic health and mindfulness. Generally not “workout” yoga, which I am very grateful for. Always a new way to challenge your practice and grow. Instructors are all great and personable.

I have not worked out or taken a more strenuous yoga class in about a year but I still enjoyed the Hatha class.The class by Tatiana was excellent. The receptionist was welcoming. The free tea service is considerate. Parking is easy. I live on the east side of San Francisco so it is a bit of a trek for me to get there but other than that it was a great class and environment.

A great studio - very spacious and welcoming. Front desk is extremely friendly and nice. I come there for a massage with Mark - he is the best of the best!!! He really knows what he is doing and I have been feeling much better after our sessions.

I had a wonderful experience at Ocean Yoga in Pacifica. The front desk staff are warm and friendly, the space is clean and calm, and I loved taking class with Tatiana on Monday night. 10/10 recommend this yoga studio for all levels of practitioner!

I have attended the past few “first Friday” events and enjoyed the donation based yoga class. Today I tried a massage with Rebecca and loved it. Fabulous team and such a lovely place to hang on a Friday night.

Loved mark - he was very upfront with his techniques/approach and asked for feedback often. He gave me the pressure (very good DEEP pressure) I asked for and hit all the spots that we talked about in the beginning.

Lisa is the best; I see her every two weeks. Wish I had the time to see her more. Best massage therapist I've ever had. Could not recommend her more highly.

Everyone was very nice and friendly and welcoming. The instructor was great! The studio is perfect for me and not pretentious.

I love the instructors cueing. Good instructors overall! I like the refreshment that it was done to the place. I haven't been since before COVID. It looks clean and neat!

Ocean Yoga is a wonderful local business. The facilities are beautiful, the staff is kind and thoughtful, their community is tight-knit, they offer a nice variety of classes for all levels of practice and there is ample parking too!

I am VERY pleased every time I get a massage from Philip Kilmer at Ocean Yoga. He remembers me and the issues I need worked on. I first saw Philip a few years back and told him my hip was bothering me. All the other masseuse I've seen had always told me they don't work on the hip area. Philip jumped right in and got to work! I feel like Philip really listens to what I need each time I see him and changes his style to fit my needs. He also uses techniques I've not experienced before that make me feel taken care of and heard. Thank you Philip and Ocean Yoga for always providing a wonderful, safe, relaxing experience.

I feel the staff and teachers truly care. It's a wonderful environment and it seems as if the others in class are all so pleasant. Overall it's just a great experience every time I come to the studio. I mainly take classes from David and Megan as those work best with my schedule. Both are superb!!!

This is a really kind and well run studio. They attract experienced teachers, which I appreciate because the teacher commitment and experience experience supports me to continually deepen and evolve my own practice.

I can’t say enough great things about this studio and the staff. I have been attending Cat’s 06:00 am sunrise vinyasa and she has changed my life. I have severe back issues and she has helped me tremendously. She walks you through every step of class, with patience, kindness and encouragement. I look forward to starting my Tuesday and Thursdays off with her. It’s an amazing environment and I am excited to see the progress I make. I also take David’s class when I can. He is a larger than life soul and takes such care with his students. He too walks you through each step with empathy and compassion, while providing you with amazing support. I feel so incredibly lucky to have found both Cat and David. Thank you Ocean Yoga for creating such a beautiful yoga family for me. Namaste.

I’ve been with Ocean Yoga since it opened about 20+ years. I love the classes and the teachers. There have a variety of classes to choose from And wonderful instructors. the Massage Therapist are very good. I wish you continued success and prosperity Namaste.🙏🏼
