This is my first time to do the bus tour to see Yellowstone and Grand Canyon. I was amazed by our tour lady Lankun who is very professional and knowledgeable. On the moment we got on the bus, she started to introduce the history of California, the railroad and highway system in US. For each stop, like Yellowstone, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon, she would tell us the history behind it, and also gave a lot of information about culture, geography, religion and nature animals. I felt this trip is not only a sight-seeing trip, but also very educational and interesting!
I noticed 50% of tourists on the bus are seniors who don’t speak English. Lankun took care of them with much detail and patience! She helped hotel check-in, WiFi connection, and meal ordering for those seniors. She even prepared boxes of bottle water for guests, only charged a small amount of fee(4 for $1), that saved me a lot of time and money on water.

The driver Quincy is a very nice, polite and hard working guy. He helped to load/unload each passenger’s luggage every day. We felt very comfortable and safe on the bus while he was driving.
This seven days tour trip is very fun and unforgettable. Highly recommend Lankun and Joy Holiday!

We joined 2 nights Grand Canyon and Lake Powell/Antelope Canyon bus tour (36 people in the same bus) this August. It was far more satisfied than expectation - time arrangement, route, the spots of sightseeing, many guidance for having fun, and especially the guide Lankun, called as "mama".
In terms of Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon, recommend to go in the weekday in order to avoid too crowd.

Jam packed 7 day grand circle is the best value. Great tour guide Kunlan and driver Quincy, made it possible seeing so many beautiful scenery and places possible in just one week. Thank you KunLan and Quincy for the best touring experience ever!

Wonderful experience! We join a 7days tour to Yellowstone. Our tour guide Lankun is amazing, love her service and her photography skills. The driver Quincy is professional, helpful and friendly too.
Route is a bit different from schedule, I thought there would be a day and a half in Yellowstone, but I think I will never have enough as the sceneries are stunning.

Tour guide Mama and the driver Quincy were super professional and they took good care of all customers. Just did a 7 day trip with them. They were the best I've ever had! Mama paid attention to every detail and did her best to make me feel comfortable and I fully enjoyed the trip. Mama also took pics for customers, which is super considerate for families and single travelers. Driver Quincy's driving skills are superb! Felt very safe! Overall, the best travel experience I've ever had with a travel agency. Fully satisfied. Will come back for other trips definitely!

My friend and I joined the Yellowstone tour with Guo Mama as tour guide and Quincy as driver. Guo Ma was very detail minded and take care of every single part. Also, she was our photographer and took excellent pictures for us in the scenic spots. Not to mention Quincy's driving skill, as we had to spend long time on traffic, the journey was safe with a steady speed. Really impressed by their effort. Best team ever.

We took the YA7 Yellowstone tour as a group of 7 and had an amazing experience. Lankun (aka Guo ma) is the best tour guide ever and Quincy is the best driver ever! Guo Ma demonstrated exceptional professionalism in both introducing each National Park and taking care of all the people on the bus, paying special attention to the elderly and the young. She and Quincy kept the bus REALLY clean and put safety as the priority. The driver constantly filled the bus with joy. We really appreciate their efforts in giving us such a great experience.

I joined the YA7 trip with Mama and Quincy. They are the most exceptional tourist guides I have ever met. Always put our safety as the first priority due the entire trip. We have a big group of 9 people. Everyone was satisfied with the trip planning. Mama and Quincy are very responsible and professional. Highly recommend them!

It was truly an effortless and well planned journey throughout the 7days Yellowstone National Park Tour. Our tour guide LanKun aka 郭妈 has given her best to us. She explained everything in and out, give us text in advanced just in case we missed out, record and explain everything single destination and not to forget she is a really good photographer. She offers her experience without asking for any returns! However, she can be quite firm in certain ways but there's reason for every single action! TRUST ME, she is really an OUTSTANDING and EXPERIENCE tour guide. And of course the driver, Quincy. His driving skill is totally impressed. The whole journey was stable, safe and comfortable. He even make sure our bus is clean, sanitized, and well equipped with water everyday before we depart. Really thank you to this Awesome Team! You guys make our journey memorable and effortless. 谢谢

We had 7 days yellow stone tour. I wanted to thank our tour guide Ms Lenkun( Mama) and driver Quincy. They did outstanding work, far exceeding our expectations.

Mama covered the places beyond itinerary and focused on the places which were more important than # of places. She was very active and making sure that her tourists were safe and are enjoying the trip. Mama you are one the best tour guides I have ever seen.

The Driver Quincy, he is exceptional. He drove the bus more than 3500 miles and still not exhausted. He always made sure that we were feeling comfortable. He took care of all the luggages himself and managed them well. Also he provided 4 bottles of water for just $1.

Thanks Mama and Quincy for making this trip memorable and once in a life time.

Although almost 9 months past my mind still has something pop up for the 7 days tour with 郭媽&Quincy at Southwest trip.

They both are so friendly, enthusiasm, lots patience and good many things, they are working for their habit and very enjoy it!

We were very luck had them guided us had a very wonderful and delightful trip, and of course we will attend again any trip we haven't been participated yet and recommend to friends as well.

Quincy and Lankun aka Mama are the best team and tour guides! We just took a four day trip to Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Places were breathtaking and tour team made it very warm, comfortable and enjoyable. We stayed in decent hotels and other tourists were great as well. Lifetime great memorable Experience!

Guo Mama is the best travel guide I ever met. She loves her job, loves traveling, loves photographing and loves everyone in the group. She is very considerate and professional. She really cares about everyone in the group. The driver Quincy is soooo cute and enthusiastic. I am very impressive about his driving skills and really trust him. I strongly recommend Guo Mama and Quincy.

Our 7 day trip was great! Our tour guide, Lankun was terrific. She was humorous, caring, and all out great. Quincy was funny and humorous and loved to joke around. He could swat flies with precise accuracy while driving. It was very amusing. We had a great time with them. We enjoyed everything. We look forward to see them again!

Two years ago, I and my Shanghai friend joined Yellowstone tour led by Mama Kuo and Quincy, both of us were so impressed by their professional and warm services. Then I and my husband joined Grand Circle Tour 12/24/16 to 12/30/16 and lucky enough to be with Mama Kuo and Quincy again. As two years ago, Mama is always organized, clear, considerate and knowledgeable; Quincy is always skillful, reliable， helpful, and fun too. We enjoyed the trip so much, and would like to follow them more tours when there are chances.

We are very lucky to have Lankun to be our tour guide. She is very knowledgeable and caring. We joined a 7-day tour to Yellowstone National Park (YA7). She explained every detail about the formation of the landform features which made us learn a lot from the visit. She is also caring and professional. She always let you know what to do and what not to do in order to make the journey safe and enjoyable. Quincy the driver is very professional driver. He is very helpful too.

We had a great time with our fantastic tour lady, Lankun, and driver, Quince! Lankun was organized and efficient, with a great sense of humor. We especially enjoyed the interesting clips pertinent to each of our tour site on the road. Quince was very professional and kept the tour bus very well maintained through out the trip. He had a steady/smooth driving style and made everyone on the bus felt safe and comfortable.
Overall, a packed schedule with early morning departures, however totally worth it for breathtaking views of many national parks! Highly recommended tour with great service for those who would be visiting these national parks for the first time.

This is my first trip, excellent experience I enjoy this the trip very much. Mama and Quincy is very good team both take good care of our group. Mama is well verse she explain everything in detail. This is an unforgettable trip.

I had joined many tours before and particular like the tours offer by Joy Holiday. Just came back from the tour to New Mexico for hot air balloon festival and White Sands National Monument. I am very impressed with the marvelous services provided by our tour guide Mama Lankun Weidner and our driver Quincy. I have never met a lady tour guide with so much talents. She set up a group thru wechat to give us very detailed info like seating chart, gathering time etc. and shared professional photos taken by herself of places we visited. Quincy is a great driver and he is so friendly. This trip was so enjoyable because of their presence. I highly recommend them to people who are looking for an enjoyable trip.
